Location, pool and beach accessibility. Staff was friendly. The food and drinks at the bar/ restaurant was pretty good. And affordable

The rooms are a bit outdated as far as decor, furniture was old.

Room location

Ants in the room. Took 7 hours for a response. 2 days later ants were back. No internet for 2 days. Again very slow to correct. NOT Hilton standards.

Very clean room. Location is great. Close to everything. Beautiful Ocean view. The price was very reasonable

We had issues with Mosquitoes in the room constantly, but that's part of island life. It's humid and Mosquitoes are gonna find a way in from somewhere.

I did not stay at the hotel. I argued with front desk clerk for 2 hours, because she insisted that I did not have a reservation. Even after showing her proof and calling Hilton¿s corp office to provide a conf. number. Clerk wanted me to pay again.

Location...location...location. An amazing beach, amazing staff and the pictures online ON NOT do this resort justice. Newer and very modern. Loved it!

Not one negative about the resort...the road to get there has many speed bums and is very rough. If you rental a car be careful of the a access road.

Wi-Fi was very slow, ice machine did not, TV in main room did not work. Did not take American express credit card. Had to get own beach chairs and were locked up.

made to wait 3 hours for a room when the resort was empty.fitness center was closed. Hot tub closed day 1 pool closed half day 2. Hot tub was luke warm when open. Appeared to be mouse droppings in kitchen and closet

This hotel is very well situated on Simpson Bay and has a nice beach and lots of dining options nearby.

Customer service was awful. The staff was rude and acted like the could care less. The manager would not come out and speak to us in person with our reservation issue. we killed at least 30 mosquitos per day. We got stuck in the elevator. Sliding door brk

Liked that is on the beach and its convenience. Hotels staff was plesant and accomodating.

No maid service. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Didn't like the new upgrades to hotel's lobby as it took away from the original theme. It was bland and unoriginal.

Loved the view from my room and the location is great everything is a short drive away. And quiet at night.

Check in time is late 4 pm room wa's not ready at 4:45 but the manager put us up in a great room with a great view. No other problems.

Location, close to everything. Car rental at the resort. Friendly people.

This is paradise. If you don't like it get on a plane and go home.

Our experience with the Flamingo Beach Resort was great from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a beautiful view overlooking the Infinity pool and the ocean. Great beach restaurant-Toppers. Can't wait to go back.
