Hotel was closely located and situated to the Meadows music theater

The shower was dirty (had hair in the tub) when I arrived, there was no complimentary water bottles in the room, we were there 2 nights and not once did room service come in. credit card was charged 2x for the stay and I am still trying to get credit back

Room was clean and good size.

I booked it because it had a pool and hot tub and resturant on site. Pool and hot tub were out of service. The resturant took 1 hour to make a hamburger and bar staff never offered to sell me a drink while I waited. Parking was crazy expensive. Awful

Lack of communication between valet and parking lot attendant. Tried to charge me after already paid AND at twice the price.

Love the location, restaurant and Starbucks in the building! Room was comfortable. Bathroom was fine.

The jacuzzi was broken. That was a disappointment. The pool was nice though. It would have been helpful to have staff help quiet the pool area. Some families were very loud. The parking system was difficult due to another event going on at ten same time.

The location is perfect.

I did not like the fact that there is no refrigerator in the room and the TV remote did not work well at times.

My shower was clogged all weekend . I let desk know , front desk people and bartenders where very nice and professional

Closer to a three-star hotel. Definitely not a four-star hotel. The shower had a few visible spots of mold and the rooms were a bit dated.

Hotel doesn't store luggage! that's really strange, given that it's attached to a convention center and people are coming and going all the time. Also, the front desk person was quite rude about when we checked out.

The location was great. Right in the middle of everything, and next door to the CT museum of science.the hotel also has a lot of elevators which is nice. Also the staff was very friendly.

At this point for a "4 star" hotel to not have a mini fridge is very disappointing. The pool only goes to 4ft as well which isn't a deal breaker but motel pools have deeper depth. Once again disappointed.

Room was clean, convenient location.

We returned from a show at the Xfinity Theatre and were hungry, there was no room service, nothing open in the building for food or drink. Parking was $19. No free breakfast. For the price of a room, I would expect better food options and free parking.

Rooms were not cleaned properly with hair stuck in the tub and the pot was dirty. Took too long to get us checked in.

The view we had from the room faced the convention center, which it doesn't have full privacy when the convention center is being used.

Room was rather dated, tv was very old with a very poor picture quality, pillows were flat and offered no support, would have expected more for a 4 star hotel in a major city. have stayed in cheaper hotels that have had more to offer for less
