Conveniently placed, welcoming and reasonably priced

Food availability on-site would have been good, as there wasn't much available elsewhere on a Monday

Very good location in Hopeman. Very clean but a bit tired. Average price. The room had a smart TV which was good.

Could be doing with a spruce up.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Shower could have been more powerful, however it was more than adequate.

Good location. Friendly staff. Freshly cooked breakfast and the chef was willing to cook scrambled eggs which was very food of him.

Decor was a little tired. No hooks etc in bathroom for towels, shampoos etc. the water pressure was quite low so an adequate shower not a great shower. Not a fan of shower curtains

Warm, friendly owners. Very helpful with suggestions of places to walk and visit. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was nice and cooked fresh.

No soap in the shower. Window wouldn't open. We told the owner in the morning and he said he would check it straight away.

The Staff was very friendly and courteous. They made me a vegan breakfast with vegan sausage and oatmilk. We felt very welcome and because their kitchen is closed for dinner, they gave us cutlery and a place in the dining room to eat our takeaway. Also we could order beer which was nice after a long walk. The room was simple and clean with seaview. The bed was good and we were super happy to stay at Station Hotel.

Had booked 2 single rooms, both were twin rooms. Spacious, clean and comfy beds. Bar closed at 9pm and wasn't opened the next night at all, wasn't aware of this when we booked but there was another place close by so not a problem really. Would definitely return.

Other than bar not being open nothing, although there was a massive spider in the shower but that could happen anywhere.

Big tv in the room.

Hotel was what you pay for. Bed wasnt comfy and forget a long lie-in with those seagulls about.

We were looking for a no frills room only hotel close to Lossiemouth and were very pleased with the Station Hotel. Warmly welcomed by the proprietor. Comfortable clean room with ensuite, all we needed for a sleeping base to allow us to enjoy our days

Shower curtains never my favourite but that is a tiny criticism

Travelling for work the station Hotel was great. Owners/staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Great breakfast every morning. For what we paid it was a great work base.

Theres no catering facility Monday to Thursday also no bar on the same days the area is nice

Breakfast was very good. Location is great. Friendly attentive staff.

Well where do you start .pay for b&b no chef so no food so that was a non starter , bathroom door didn't close , no heating and that was staffs choice to turn off , window jammed closed with loo roll , no sockets for phones ect as advertised

Everything about hotel was good and tallied with other reviews. However..

The guy in next room had a tv on loud for most of my stay. I did complain & the owner tried to wake him, unsuccessfully so I got very little sleep before my long drive home.

The hotel is in a lovely location in a small village. Seems like a nice neighbourhood with a handful of shops (and a sketchy looking takeaway) nearby. It's essentially some rooms attached to a local pub. The pub itself seems to have a pleasant traditional atmosphere.

The shower was a let-down, very weak and barely got the dirt off me. There didn't seem to be any wifi available and the mobile reception isn't great. Decor and comfort is OK, fine for a no-frills work trip but tourists might expect more.

The room was really big and clean, the bathroom was clean, the service was good, the night was very calm and we had a boiler and cups and tea on the room, so we could prepare a tea on the room.

The bed was good, but my fragile backbone did not really cope with it, so I didn't sleep well. What a pity that they didn't serve breakfast and we had to look for having breakfast elsewhere.

Unfortunately no breakfast available, Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little basic but were very adequate for the price,

Doors in rooms were quite stiff

It was clean, tidy and convenient.

It was very dated, but acceptable for one night.

Hotel in the process of closing down - or so it seems. Reception not open till3 pm, no food, no drinks, service and information very limited.

Ideally situated for walking the Moray coast trail. Quiet and friendly town.

Pleasant enough but quite basic. Hopeman doesn't have a great choice of eating places or pubs so be prepared.
