Beach property who attended the dining room should be commended for his excellent customer service skills. Shan the bartender was very courteous and professional.

No welcome drink was offered upon our arrival.

The ac vent was dirty there was a tooth brush on the floor and a socks underneath the bed it was unacceptable.

I like that it was located directly next door to a better hotel with clubs & casino!

I did not like that it was kids at a all inclusive adults only resort. I didn't like that my TV remote in my room didn't work. I didnt like that I paid for an ocean view & got a back of the building view.

Location and the staff. Everyone was so kind and caring.

The rooms could use a little refreshing but overall what we expected.

The beach was great.

The hotel was a bit dated, food and beverages were average. The atmosphere was a bit loud. It was a reasonable value for what we paid.

Cleanliness and location

The food was terrible and the alcohol choices were poor

Hot tub, food, the cats, the shows, and location.security staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.

Hot tub wasn?t working at first but they fixed it so that was good. Room had an old French fry in the counter so it wasn?t super clean but it was ok. Hotel staff were efficient but not all were super friendly. Most were friendly.

The outside grill by the pool. They had great food.

It?s a bit outdated. The rooms and hallways could be more cheerful

Location to the Baha Mar for tournament. Loved the "strong" drinks, beautiful beach, comfortable room with great views from almost all rooms! Many chairs for lounging, activities by entertainment throughout day, and food stand by pool with good food!

Night life was not the greatest and almost non-existent with people (low attended on night time events). Food was good but not many choices and redundant. Salad/hamburger option was always a go to. Needs snacks at night! PLEASE HEAT THE POOL. Too cold!

The staff were really nice

The food was awful, it?s listed as adults only but there were definitely teenagers there acting as such (loud, chicken fights in the pool, no personal space). They played loud music from 11:30-5pm. Overall it was not as relaxing as it should have been

Loved how all the meals, snacks, grill food, and all drinks were endless and included. Also the friendliness and wonderful vibe from staff and locals.

Beach is water is Beautiful - feel safe. The buffet food was fresh staff was great , friendly

Many things broken in hotel room Slider door- shower faucet- room smelled - not at all an adult resort- they sponsored several teen baseball leagues - in the pool till 4 am 30%beach lounges were broken Returned - staff & entertainment is very good

All inclusive

Not very clean. Dissatisfied with the crazy teenagers that were screaming and yelling profanity?s all day and night. The staff just allowed whatever to go on.

Nothing really maybe update the rooms more or have a fridge in the room without an additional charge

Staff great. They worked out an early check in for me. Plenty of food and drinks available. Beautiful pool and beach.

There could be a little more selection on the TV and a TV guide The door key was placed in a small folder, they could have pointed out the meal schedules and other information about the hotel was in the folder.

The view from our room was great. The omelet maker was fantastic.

We were suppose to get a 1/2 hr tennis lesson every day and we could only get two lessons in 7 days.

Beach was not busy.

Wifi is not connected well. Probably, it seemed to be lack of Wifi capacity. Anyway, it was very stressful!

The food was amazing for an all inclusive

Only thing I'd suggest is some kind of vending machine or something to get food after dinner buffet is over. If you're hungry after 945, you're out of luck.
