Convenient street parking
We clearly understand that for €95 /per night in a 3 start hotel, we should only expect efficiency not luxury - a clean bed, bath and Toilet; a smile at welcome, quick in and quick out for 1 night stay. But in our room 7, toilet seat and toilet cover were missing (photo attached). Ceiling was with two big stains, and a ceiling AC repair hole (a human passing size) was temporarily glued/hidden by a piece of wall decor paper. This room was clearly in a out of order status (OOO). Reception was located on another street in a resturant. When we walked up to the reception again after paid, received key and found out all this (we didn't want to refund, we thought we could get room exchanged), but his answer was - he could not do anything about it. No sorry, no propose to exchange for another room. We just used this room as a camp since this was 1 night deal for us. . We never had argued during the entire conversation, but we think the host, or manager, or reception could definitely be more trained for handling such situation.
