I left my swimsuit hanging I. The bathroom and they claim they didn’t find it. I definitely left it so they are not being honest

Arrived 30 before check in time, was advised room would be ready 30 min later at 3:00, returned at 3:00, was told room still not ready, returned in the evening and checked in, bed was soooo hard, only slightly more comfortable than the floor!

Nice sized suites.

Breakfast was a bit weak with no eggs and ham/sausage.

Quiet location, nice room with kitchen.

Some desk staff were not friendly, especially the middle-aged man. Had to ask for more toiletries for the second night, and was treated like a nuisance. First night hot tub closed off. Second night, all pools closed off.

Very clean! I liked the suite. Lots of pillows. The building is located in a quiet area. It's quiet in the building. The staff are very pleasant.

I really liked the layout of my hotel room/suite and I also enjoyed the hot tub!

The hot tub was not as clean as I would have preferred.

Every time that I come to Faribault I stay in this hotel. It is convenient and very centric, the hotel is very clean and cozy not to mention the staff who are very kind and helpful in every way.

Last time I visited there were lots of kids running and making a lot of noise without adult supervision and people without face protection. I understand that because of this pandemic problem it was only one employee running the hotel but manageable. 2/28

We got an upgrade because the room we had reserved was taken. It was great! Really nice place. Clean. Friendly. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Good value for the money.

This was a good experience. I can't think of anything I disliked. Oh, there was a hotel staff member that decided that 3:00 Am was a good time to scrape the burned on stuff off of the gas grill below our window. Very minor complaint, that.

The wade in kiddy pool was fantastic! I wish all hotels had these. We made sure to enjoy it with our infant and toddler.

This hotel should be closed until they can re-open, it is dirty, the elevators are very sad, only 1 ice machine worked for all the floors. Serious plumbing issues. We were flabbergasted at the overall appearance.

Loved the room and bed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was great.

There was a wash rag hanging on the shower curtain. Wasnt a big deal, and was probably just a slight oversight. Everything else was fantastic.

The room was very nice, clean and more than we expected (mini kitchen). The staff was friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast was very nice.

Our toliet ran 24/7 and sometimes we had to wiggle the handle to get water in the bowl to flush it. I would have prefered more options for the breakfast.

Room was fine, spacious

The fire alarm went off at 5 AM and we never received an apology from any staff members for that horrendous way of waking up.

The staff are very nice and the cost was soooo resonable for what we got. I am a loyal customer now and can't wait to stay there again. We are making this hotel our halfway between Belleville, Illinois and Minot, ND!!!

The bed was very comfortable, With all of my food allergies, it was great to have a full size fridge, cooking range, dishes and the option to grill. Staff friendly and called us promptly to inform us of our left behind cooler. Very quiet in hotel!!

The hallways were almost too dark. It looked as though the room was supposed to have a Jacuzzi, and it did not. That was a bit of a let down. The bedding smelt strong of bleach.

Clean and comfortable. Loved having a suite so we could have our own sleeping quarters. Daughter didn't mind the sofa bed (not something I could sleep on though). Staff was friendly and helpful. Cost a bit more than the Days Inn, but was well worth it
