- Still no hot water upstairs. Told desk and they did nothing. It’s 3rd time I stayed there and they still have issues.
- When I checked in staff was very rude and argumentative with me. I would never stay here again I didn't appreciate they I was treated at the front desk
- Location is good located by many stores

Nothing much. Overpriced utilitarian hotel. I did like the mini omelets.
Poor workmanship in room. Open outlet in bathroom sink area. One kitchen cabinet door can't open due to size of microwave oven. Laughable! No coffee cups, only one packet of coffee. There is a damaged floor outlet in the public dining area that is not safe. I had to stop a child from playing with it. And why is the platform bed so high? Ridiculous!
