No spa, hot tub or sauna

I am a short person, and I could not get into the bed. I am also 82 years old. The bed should have been 12 inches lower. As a result, I did not sleep well and was exhausted on Saturday when I was attending a family reunion in the area.

Nothing. I’d give the experience 0 if that was an option.

The worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The hotel is literally a construction zone — leave blowing through the lobby, renovation materials and supplies everywhere, pool closed, breakfast closed, fire alarms TAPED OVER. It’s a massive liability.

Our rooms were recently renovated

I had no idea the hotel was being completely renovated and wasn’t expecting a huge mess everywhere. Due to the renovations, the two bedroom suite that I booked & paid for was not available. That was the #1 reason I picked that hotel in the first place.

Yes it's major construction going on at this place it's stuff all over the hotel floors and outside parking lot this place should be closed while they renovating this place. They didn't have the room I reserved for and was careless about it also.

They're undergoing major construction so everything is upside down. Thankfully the room was new-ish. There were still some unfinished things in the room though.

We stayed during a poor time. We didn't realize there was a major construction project underway. The man at the front desk barely spoke and wasn't at all friendly. Although our room was basically new, it wasn't finished.

The experience was deeply disappointing and fell far short of what was promised at the time of booking. - Hotel and Floor under renovation - No Cooktop and utensils - No breakfast ( paid for with breakfast booking)

Bed sheets had stains, no breakfast despite their web says breakfast available.Old furniture.?

Nothing, it was going thru construction and it was chaotic all over.

Everything, For the pricepoint you expect decent features as they were promised but nothing was fulfilling. Lobby was full of construction mess. Room was not ready and the staff had to take off few things from the room after I came in. I am disappointed

It was under renovation. Did not do enough to control the sound and dust in the air.

The room was great and semi quiet

They were undergoing renovation. Upon arrival they were jack hammering the concrete floor and I had to step over the rubble and inhale all the dust. Walking with a cane was not easy doing this and not easy breathing with my COPD. Bagged breakfast sucked.

What I liked best about the hotel is its location right off the thruway.

Things I didn?t like were the hotels cleanliness, staff at the hotel, my room was filthy with a foul smell, I end up switching rooms and the new room was still not clean!

The hotel room was nice and it was close to our venue.

Poorly attended continental breakfast, very dirty - had to ask multiple times for different items. Waffles were left burning, attendant did nothing when notified. Was woken up at 8 am to construction directly over our head, desk clerk did nothing.

this stay was the worst I ever had here at this hotel

Linen looked like it was not changed from previous guest. toilet was not working properly , I had to take the lid off 3 times during the night or morning, Foot board bed cracked wood sticking out , employee front desk poor customer service, unfreindly

The location

It was very outdated the furniture was old the bed was hard the wallpaper was peeling I tried to get in the jacuzzi in the room once I started the jets there was black particles in the water from not cleaning the jets it was not a good experience there.

The room was clean but the amenities like a simple plastic cup for the complimented coffee would have been nice to have fortunately I brought my own utensils and cups.

Yes the owner or staff was arguing right in front of the guest. I?m sitting there dumbfounded and appalled. There was two different families he was yelling at and he could have stepped to the side in professional manner it was distasteful as a guest.

The size of the room

Breakfast was never ready by 630. Being a traveling worker who save per diem money by using hotels with breakfast so that made my trip more expensive having to pay for breakfast.
