The hotel staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and would go out of their way to make the stay excellent. The hotel is very charming and close enough to walk to the majority of places in Westminster.

Staff excellent, location excellent

Room was small and upon checkout found that daily room rate fluctuated substantially. Customers should be informed of this when making reservation

The building was beautiful and the staff were professional, personal and amazing! It is easily the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

We had a room with two double beds instead of one king as booked, which they explained was due to the construction on the other side of the building. They were concerned we would find the noise disturbing. To 'make it up to us' they gave us drink tickets.

this beautiful and totally remodled hotel was PERFECT! The location fabulous, right next to the St James Park underground station...We made coffee in our room each morning and bought pastries instead of a full breakfast.Wonderful

Loved the service and hospitality given to us immediately upon arrival and throughout our entire stay! In room dining was delicious, room was very spacious, proximity to Victoria station was about a five minute cab ride which was very convienent. 5 stars!

This hotel met my expectations. The connsierge desk was so conveniently placed, and no question was too small nor too irrelevant to answer. They truly made me feel like I was part of their family.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Additionally appreciated the kids "detective" challenge about the hotel and London sites/history which generated good fun and learning.

Excellent Hotel with exceptional service...

The reservation by Booking.com. I informed the hotel that I will stay two instead of four nights at check-in. I was asked to inform Booking.com and I did, but I was charged for the two nights I did not stay at the hotel.

Facilities, staff, location

Check in time. It is 3 pm check in, means the whole day is gone after check in. I had to wait 2 hours to get my room ready. Especially for a business hotel, 3 pm check in is very inconvenience.

The stunning regal decor! 2 bathrooms in the family room!!

The TV had a mind of its own and kept turning on through the night.Temperature couldn’t be adjusted on the thermostat.. so quite cold at bedtime x

Central location just steps away from Buckingham Palace! Room was very clean and staff were very attentive and accommodating. We loved the evening entertainment and didn’t get to try the afternoon tea but it looked amazing. Such a luxurious entrance and lobby.

The room was a bit smaller than anticipated but very clean and comfy.

Traveled with some girl friends from Montreal, Canada. This hotel is spectacular and quaint at the same time. Our 4 nights were truly delightful. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Quiet and secluded, while being in proximity of everything.

We LOVED our stay at St. Ermins. It was our first hotel stay on our Europe trip. The location of the hotel was convenient to what we wanted to see. The breakfast was amazing! And the staff was attentive and went beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy>
