- The hotel staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and would go out of their way to make the stay excellent. The hotel is very charming and close enough to walk to the majority of places in Westminster.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location! Room was very clean! We loved this hotel and will stay here again if we return to London.
