NH Sintra Centro

The hotel is a real 4 star experience. From the quality staff to Amenities and location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance.

Cleanliness, comfort and location

Finding the hotel was difficult. That is the only complaint

This hotel was centrally located to the downtown core with all the food, stores, and access to the various castles. We could go from the centre to our hotel in under 5 minutes!

The room was initially not set to be air conditioned, despite it being nearly 30 out. It was the next morning before we figured out how to turn on the air and cool down our room. Also, a bit difficult to get to from the train station via car.

very hard to find with winding crazy one way roads. Parking was an issue--you must walk-taxi-bus-tuck-tuck everywhere

Great location close to many tourist activities and very close to all the restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel staff was very friendly and nearly everyone speaks English. All of the castles and palace tours are a cool 15 minute walk from here or taxi.

The location was perfect, right in the city center, in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The view from this hotel is spectacular. Hotel was nicer than I expected. Loved our stay. One thing to note is it is now called NH Hotel Sintra.

Shower drainage needed fixing for our room, but other than that, no complaints.

Not much to like about this hotel. The hotel is identified as four star hotel this is not accurate, at best this is a two star hotel. The rooms are very dated and in need of a major unfit.

The room we occupied (504)was dirty. The bathroom was without an exhaust fan. The hair dryer did not work. The carpeting was stained considerably. The gym was closed according to the front desk.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with good views.

Wi-Fi did not work in all rooms.

Fabulous location, the balcony was a really nice bonus

The hotel had an overpowering artificial scent to the lobby/public areas. So much so that we elected to not spend time in bar area. Not sure why?

The building is old, although I don't mind it it was difficult because of the bad weather

We had booked two rooms and one of the rooms the AC was not effective at all.

One of the room was not comfortable and the AC was not effective at all. The breakfast served was below average.

Location was great

Staff especially at front desk was not helpful or friendly. Maybe a language issue. Resturant//bar staff was very nice but getting food took a long time

We stayed here because we needed a place to park our car. Driving into the old part of Sintra is a bit tricky and requires a pass via a QR code. The hotel provided the pass electronically with detail instructions. Parking was literally right in front of the hotel. The facility is clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was solid and included several locally made items.

Parking and location were great.

The room was tiny and had a very strange set up with a separated ‘office’ area.

Very central to Sintra. Easy to access to most main site either by foot, or with uber/bus.Lot of restaurants at less than 5min walk.Ideal plate to stay.The room was big for 2, with a small balcony.
