Rooms were clean and spacious.
Hotel staff was not very friendly at check in. Check out staff was very nice, though.

Great location, comfy room, pleasant staff! Breakfast was delicious. I’ll stay again.
Parking was expensive but it felt very safe and secure.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 15th floor with an Arch and Mississippi River view. 15 minutes walk to the Arch, so location was great. It has a laundry, which worked very well. Nice size room, clean and tidy with lots of towels. Great blackout curtains over large windows.

Staff on desk were friendly and fun and helpful. Bods were comfy. Pool was great - i was the only one in there at 6am and had a great sunrise. Complimentary breakfast. Great location for the arch. Parking available.
No changing rooms for pool or gym - is this normal for USA? Had to go back to my room in a wet towel. Bit weird. Breakfast had limited options.

Great location, large room, comfortable bed, clean. There was a mix up on my reservation, but they not only straightened out, they refunded my money. Even when I realized I was the one who had made the mistake. But because of my mistake I couldn't check in at 3pm had to wait till 4pm. so because of the inconvenience, they refunded my money. Parking was great also.
