The location and cost was the best part of the property.

The room had a slanted wall over as I was on the second floor, which was very close to the bed. The room was fairly warm and the bed made creaking sound whenever I turned.

The host is exteremely helpful. Check-in is smooth at anytime as the key's in the box. Breakfast is various. We were super tired after a friend's wedding and the host allowed us to stay for a bit more before catching our train

The 'slope' in the room was a bit dangerous. My husband hit his head accidentally + no fan (stuffy and hot in the afternoon) + no complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water + staff did not close the windows after cleaning the room>> one green insect and 1 big spider in the room .Toilet papers: can be of better material (less rough?)

The room with the balcony on the 2nd floor was superb. We sat with our glass of wine and watched the Rhine River traffic. The staff was outstanding. We requested an earlier breakfast and they accommodated with a smile. Would definately stay there again

Relaxing river view and very good breakfast spread. Wilfried had been very helpful in providing information about accessing the hotel, restaurant and sightseeing options and was especially kind in helping me sort out some rental car matter. I had a great stay!

Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and wonderful view from the dinner. Overall a very good bang for the buck.

Very helpful and honest staff, going above and beyond. Very close to central station. View from dining room was amazing. The breakfast was great.

The property is definitely on the older side. Everything is clean and maintained, but our room had a bit of a funny smell. They send out a lot of good information through booking, but if you want to contact them you need to call directly as they don’t really reply here.

Easy to book, easy access to property, good parking, simple check in process.More neutral is the design of the shower directly inside the room is interesting. Toilets on the hallway were clean and easy to reach.

The room doors are thin and you could hear guests on the hallways pretty loudly.

Conveniently located for me next to the train station. Moderately priced. Good breakfast

Room was cramped with a sloping low ceiling and very hot from the sun. I had to keep a fan going all night. No evening meal available and no restaurants I could find in 15 minutes walk. No lift and hard to find stairs to the 2nd floor - there was no sign to help.

Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Great value for money.

Unpersonal, all communication via email. On arrival I could not enter the accomodation despite the correct code. Finally contact with owner and appeared that the room key was missing. In their emails they instruct to leave the tourist tax in cash behind in the room on departure. On checking my account I noticed that they already had included the touridt tax in the invoice. All together not trustworthy

Unfortunately, our window was broken and we had to keep it open using a bottle. The facilities are quite outdated The price was quite high considering the fact that it didn’t even include breakfast.

The hotel is a little bit old and it smells funny in the corridor

It was easy to get in and out of and while it feels like a maze, the signs really helped

the "late check-in system was clearly explained and simple to use which was very helpful. Lots of hotels should use a similar way to welcome guests instead of telling you its "not possible to check-in after ....pm".

Position close to train station, wonderful shower, staff super nice! Room very clean.
