The cleanliness is definitely a big concern - there was an actual spiderweb in the bathroom indicating that the place hasn’t been cleaned properly for ages. We had a DND sign on the door, and after staying for only 1 night, when coming back from breakfast, we found a housekeeper entering the room. When asked, why she entered with DND sign on, she said it was “for service”. Rooms for 1 night stay are not being serviced till after departure, so this was hard to believe. And with DND sign on the door, they shouldn’t enter the room at all! Lock all your valuables in a safety box, if you choose to stay there. Breakfast is till 10:30, but if you come at 10:00, there is barely anything left to eat. Definitely not worth the money - better to eat outside. That’s just my opinion. The staff otherwise is very friendly. But the hotel doesn’t feel like more than 2-3 stars, to be honest. Shower door is practically falling apart, water from the shower is leaking all over the bathroom (and we have supposedly booked a higher room category with a big king bed (and a view on a parking lot and the road)). The territory is not really looked after either. The parking is supposed to have a gate with the code, but it’s not locked at all. The gate is open day and night. The feeling of an abandoned haunted house is somehow there. We stayed there for 1 night because we needed to stay in that particular location.

The room was big and well appointed. The bed was excellent. There were plenty of electric sockets including USB A. They provide an "express" breakfast, which suited us very well rather than the expensive buffet breakfast.

The room was cold when we arrived and took some time to warm up.

The swimming pool is open to non residents and is run as a pool party after a long car journey we were looking forward to a small relax by the pool but that was impossible due to the number of non residents and the volume of club music being played... The restaurant was closed so only the pool bar thankfully the music had calmed down so was a nice experience. The breakfast was poor.

Foyer /bar area was often dark in the evenings. Restaurant closed on evening of 29th July without advance warning. A notice displayed in the vicinity of reception would have been helpful.

The renovated rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff at reception was very nice, helpful and professional.

The non refurbished room was smelly and not very clean (had to cancel).We ended by staying in 2 rooms instead of 3. We had to make the extra bed ourselves.I forgot a dress in the room and it disappeared!!!The pool is not accessible by children in the afternoon.

THE GARDEN

NO ANY GYM and the pool doesn't work. lady on reception can't speak in English at all... Breakfast was poor.

Room comfortable.clean. pillow great. Allstaff in particular Adriana is a credit to you.

The bed was ok. The nearby restaurant was pretty good, but you have to reach it through a scary alley.

This hotel is a total cheat. We booked it as it was supposed to have a pool and garden and it was still warm weather, but when we arrived the pool and terrace were closed as there was a chance of rain, and they were obviously worried the water would get wet.... There is no restaurant in the hotel itself, it is some 5 minutes walking, through a quite scary alley. The hotel is located in between noisy highways and an extremely big parking lot. It looks like a business hotel but the wifi is lousy so it it worthless for business. Just avoid it.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay more than comfortable. Not knowing how to speak French was not an issue because the friendly staff spoke English and made us feel very comfortable and welcome!!
