The worst hotel I have stayed in
1. Dingy hotel, no lighting
2. Small, poorly designed rooms
3. No water bottles in the room
4. Room make up not done without reminder
5. Food delivery to hotel got lost…..when I shared a photo of food delivery, I was told there is nothing we can do
6. Breakfast was not included despite paying a high price per room. …. This is a rip off which booking. Com is responsible for

Overall stay is good.
It’s centrally located between causeway bay and central area.
On our first night they placed us in a very small family room approx 22-24sq m which is different from the area posted in their website (30sq m.). I complained and they transferred us the following day since hotel was fully booked. Big thanks to manager Kevin for accommodating.
