location good.Town 2 view in hotel is very good.
The website says the hotel has airport shuttle service but it doesn't. The staff told me that there's a public bus that goes to the airport, but that's just a regular bus that makes multiple stops. It costs 219 HKD one way to the airport by taxi.

Top Tips
- Rates at major hotels in Hong Kong rise by 25-50% during key events such as Chinese New Year (January to February) and Art Basel (March). Book 60-90 days in advance to secure availability and avoid price spikes. For the latest event schedules, check organizers’ official sites.
- Select payment in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) at hotel card terminals to avoid Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) fees, which add 1-3% to your transaction. Confirm the currency displayed on the terminal screen before finalizing payment.
- Purchase an Octopus card at the airport or any MTR station. This prepaid smartcard works for the MTR, buses, trams, and many hotel cafes or convenience stores. Refilling your card takes less than 2 minutes at over 1,000 locations.
- The Airport Express train links Hong Kong Station and HKIA in just 24 minutes. Major hotels near Hong Kong or Kowloon stations often offer in-town check-in and baggage drop for select airlines; confirm eligibility prior to arrival.
- Expect a 10% service charge in most hotel restaurants and bars. Additional tipping is not required but appreciated for exceptional service; round up bills or leave HK$15 to HK$50 for standout experiences, following local practice.
- Bring a Type G power adapter (British-style, 220V/50Hz). International hotels usually provide adapters on request, while budget properties may charge a deposit or decline to loan them. Verify with your hotel in advance if you need multiple outlets.
- Hong Kong’s tap water meets WHO guidelines; it is safe for drinking and refills. Major hotels provide bottle refill stations or filtered dispensers in gyms and lobbies; ask about in-room or floor-specific access at check-in.
- For budget or short-stay accommodation, verify guesthouses are 'licensed' via the gov.hk registry to ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety codes. Unlicensed guesthouses are subject to closure and may lack basic insurance.
- Contact your hotel at least 7 days before arrival to request an accessible room or step-free entry. Many top hotels offer accessible features such as roll-in showers and visual alarms (flashing fire alarms), but smaller properties and older buildings may not. Confirm feature availability before booking.
