The refurbished Steventon House offers fine comfort, a striking wine bar and an exquisite brasserie restaurant amid the Oxfordshire countryside. It has easy access to highways M4 and M40, and business parks. The hotel’s rich history creates an elegant setting for contemporary luxury living with a vintage twist. There are 23 individually designed, en suite bedrooms, a classical library and a spacious conservatory function suite. Beautiful interiors combine with unfaltering personal service for an uplifting experience. Each comfy, modern bedroom exudes classic charm and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Facilities include free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen LCD TV with Freeview digital channels.

- Room. Setting.
- The room was comfortable.
- The property is lovely.
Cons -
- The windows didn't have a stopper and opened too wide, also the noise from the other rooms was very loud. WiFI wasn't great.
- No air-conditioning. We had to open the bedroom windows to help get rid of an unpleasant odour. On top, it was really stuffy once we got inside, especially 1/2 way through the night. This had a big impact on our sleep. Additionally, there was something scratching/gnawing voraciously all night long in our rooms air vents or the left side of the rooms wall. Possible critter perhaps? Another reason why we couldnt get a decent nights sleep.
