I liked the staff

I stayed for 2 nights no one came to clean the room - replace coffee or leave new towels

Event room on top floor was very loud to the point the windows were shaking at 11pm . No water pressure. Could hear loud people in the hallway in the middle of morning to the point I had to say something to them. Left a night early since I needed sleep

Conveniently located for the places we needed to go, and the beds were very comfortable- great sleep! Also, the housekeeping staff were very nice!

Bar staff was great.

There was construction in the room above us. Woke us up each morning.

Hotel was dirty. There was repair work on the whole 6th floor, full of dirt, noise where our room was. Room number was 607 and 609 The staff and even hotel manager was crude behaving disrespectfully with us. This hotel stole money from my credit card.

The restaurant was nice. I only ate there once, but the workers were very courteous. The menu pricing wasn't to bad.

I set up to have my room cleaned at least twice while I was there but no one ever knocked on my door for room service. I was out the majority of the time, so they could have at least emptied the trash. I finally ask for clean towels.

Location was great for the event I was attending

1. Restaurant stopped serving for at 9pm; I arrived at 9:04. :-( 2. The bathroom door in my room was on a spring that made it slam loudly. 3. The refrigerator made a loud humming sound.

Downstairs in the lobby and the staff was wonderful

Our room was awful. It was falling apart. The bathroom door didn?t work. The curtains were falling off the wall cracks all over the bed cracks on the walls did not like it very old.

The cleaning at this hotel is terrible. The floor in our room was sticky. When I wore socks and walked around our room they came grey on the bottom and had little hairs. You could see repairs in the room were sloppily done. I would not recommend.

The carpets were dirty as well as the couch was stained. The door to the room had a wet paint sign on it. they were unable to accommodate the rooms together and early check in which we requested. We were given the wrong wifi password.

This had to be the worst Hilton Hotel Ive ever stayed at. The 1980s decor is in serious need of an update. Wall paper in the room was coming off. The bathroom was as old as my grandparents

The one hotel attendant was helpful. Breakfast was good

Very disappointed. I was double charged. The first room reeked of marijauna . Second room had a broken faucet that dripped all night. The ac did not work correctly. Everything was broken. Dog in the next room barked all night.

Yes, two small things! First that damn A/C unit in the room was COLD, but in your defense, I slept like a baby. Second no cable to see our New York Mets play, (I think it was operator error. To sum up my visit after 20 years away from my hometown:)
