Sitting on the cliff tops of the North West Cornish Coast, Cape Cornwall Club offers sea views from its restaurant and sun patio. Just a 5-minute walk from Cape Cornwall, a small headland, this hotel offers a scenic golf course. Set in a converted barn, the 23 modern rooms at Cape Cornwall have free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. A Cornish breakfast is served daily in the restaurant, which also serves lunch and dinner. - The charming and helpful staff.
- The breakfast was really excellent, with friendly service, plenty of food, and top quality in a beautiful environment. After six a treat, it will be difficult to go back home to my normal breakfast!
- We were looking for a location near the tip of Cornwall
Cons -
- It would be good to have a public room in which to meet, sit, drink coffee/tea and talk to friends rather than having to sit in the restaurant.
- The room was too hot and poorly ventilated (and cramped). The shower was poorly designed, cramped, difficult to control, and water got all over the floor. The water pressure was also a bit deficient. Otherwise, it was clean and pleasant.
- This property is meant for golfers. We weren't. It is fairly small. Our room was in a separate building from reception and up an outside flight of stairs. Room was modern and clean (bathroom nicely modern), but only very basic amenities.
