There was mold on the ceiling of the room, the bathroom was disgusting—there was feces on the toilet seat—and the bathtub and the curtain were also filthy. The cleanliness was a zero. The only positive thing is the location it’s close to the beach

It was clean. The most important part. Hotel employee was very helpful.

There was maintenance ongoing that was not revealed while booking and it sounded like a jackhammer was on top of our room from 9am to 6pm.

The view was lovely.

The room was pretty run down, stains on the bedding, so much dust on the carpet, in the corners like the vacuum doesn?t reach corners. There was as no complimentary coffee or breakfast.

Ocean front room, easy access to the boardwalk and beach, plenty of food nearby, and the indoor pool and pool area was clean.

I love that all rooms are ocean front. Right on the boardwalk and beach. Beautiful view!

The best thing about the hotel was how close it is to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on the boardwalk . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. they recommended the best places to eat and the best sites to see in carolina beach .

1st the staff were amazing absolutely everyone was great. Location on the ocean was terrific.

The hotel interior is old and not what I thought a Courtyard should be, that being said, not sure how they could begin to keep the sand out of there? Not only the sand but the humidity from the ocean, so I am probably asking for something not possible.

The best features of this hotel were: location,size of room, view from the balcony,cleanliness of room and bathroom and friendly staff.

Parking lot too small and at night it was hard to find a parking spot due to others parking in the lot to reach games and rides on the boardwalk.

For a Marriott property surprised that something¿s seemed to be over looked not the wow nice factor /entrance area windows could not see through not due to cleaning but glass needs replacing The room dresser units were coming apart need to be fixed

You can't beat the view!! The location was great for skipping the car and walking to restaurants and entertainment! Our room was nice and clean.

They seemed to be going through a changeover or something. Their brkfst (not included) was simply awful and grossly overpriced. Items were very hard to chew french toast and a tasteless pseudo egg mcmuffin. Our room had no directory phone not working,

Location - it was right on the beach. The staff were very friendly as well.

Not clean, phone didn't work, bathroom had used products in it, uncomfortable bed and couch. Couldn't get linens for the sofa bed, couldn't get extra towels. Very expensive for the quality, was a 1 star place with a 3 star price.

The Hotel looks nice in the pictures from outside but inside its totally outdated. Bathroom was horrible. Not a bathtub but a shower. Oceanview was blocked with some kind of dusty old windows. There was a smell of burning cable when you turn the temp up..
