It is quite expensive. The reverse cycle unit was not working properly.

We really liked this place and had a great stay. It’s located in a small town, but the hotel itself is really excellent, with plenty of facilities that made our stay comfortable and convenient.We especially appreciated the large parking space available for each room. It was very easy to park and access our room, which made traveling by car much more comfortable.The only suggestion we have is to add a change machine for the laundry area. It would be very helpful for guests to exchange money for coins when the reception is closed, so they can use the laundry facilities at any time.Overall, a great hotel that we would happily recommend.

Quiet location, comfortable beds, the pool for a cool splash and a little kids playground.

The room had a pretty bad smell from previous users cooking (I think). It eventually dissipated- but pungent on original entry to room

The bathroom door could use one or two hooks inside so one could hang their robe or night gownAnother towel rack would also be good, especially in a three bed room, one rack is not enough for three wet towels

Staff very welcoming and friendly, great sized rooms that are well equipped and clean. Loved the pool

The playground was smaller than expected, and no shade sail. TV in room unable to stream/connect to devices. Lack of curtains/block out blinds into room for privacy and blocking out light. A constant noise in room

Disappointing

BBQs either not working (no gas) or filthy. Bathroom has no shelves or cupboards. No soap or shampoo dispenser, one use plastic bottles instead. Fresh towels daily, no option to use them more than once.

It is a nice property. Room was clean and spacious. Nice pool

When we arrived they had a water leak and it wasn’t mentioned to us. We then go to the toilet and find out the water had been turned off. I went and asked and they said they had a water leak and wasn’t sure how long it would be off. 3 hours later still no water. I got in trouble for using the restaurant toilet as that side of the building had water. Another hour went past I went back to reception to be toldNot sure how long it would be off. I asked if we couldMove to the other side that had water and they said oh you have a spa room, yes but no water to put in it. Then they had to get permission to move me us. Begrudgingly they moved us to a room with water .No I’m sorry. No refund. No discount for a move to a lesser room. No customer service . Everyone was complaining and they couldn’t have cared lessNext day still no water to that side. And when we checked out no apology nothing. The women at the desk was too busy chatting to her friend and couldn’t give to hours about us.I understand these things happen but treat your customers with some respect the way you handled the situation was disgraceful.

Staff and pool were lovely. Rooms were great for what we needed.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable

The location was good for our needs. The room was clean. Dailly room maintenance (towels) was appreciated. The location of the room was away from the main road so was quiet. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. They had a main water pipe burst and we experienced an interruption to our water, but when it could not be repaired, they moved us to another location on the premises that had not been affected. Our booking at the restaurant that evening for 14 people was undertaken by staff with trying circumstances but was very successful.

Communication regarding the water cutoff could have been better handled - we had to call the office to tell them we were without water - they said "we know". A heads up would have been better. But to their credit it was resolved.Very noisy fridge in our "second" room.

Love the location and facilities

Was a water issue preventing getting breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable also.

Our first stay was great. Second stay they had a water issue. We were not advised at check in that water would be cut off shortly. We had been camping and desperate need of showers. I got a shower but my husband didn’t. If we knew the water was about to be cut off my husband would have showered quicker. I found it out later the water had been going for hours and they knew the water would be cut off. It wouldn’t have taken much for them to tell us in advance so this was disappointing.

Location and accessibility were great. Extra amenities were a bonus.

Initial check in staff member was very abrupt and unaccommodating. We had a skiing accident, and there was no offer of a refund for our last night’s accommodation.

Friendly staff, safe and quiet environment, room and pool was very clean, yummy breakfast and dinner.

Pool and gardens were nice. Restaurant and buildings look great. Staff were friendly and good to deal with.

TV, air con, microwave was really old. Blinds were cheap and annoying and let in light which woke you up at 5am every morning. Beds were ok but pillows were cheap and no good. Shower area was small. Restaurant was good but chef needed better skills in doing basics things like battered fish which my wife can do much better than him.

It’s a great place

The bed was rock hard. I paid $55 for a steak chips and salad which was ridiculous. There wasn’t enough chips. They weren’t cooked enough and I asked for a well done steak and got a half raw one so not very happy.

Good value for money. Good Gym, Good swimming Pool. Room service.
