Horrible bed. No desk so it was impossible to work.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The view of the lake and close to downtown made the trip

The Food beverage service needs to step it up that was disappointing but there are other choices in town that are excellent.

The location was great, walking distance to the main street of town and to the lake.

Room was dusty, cobwebs in the corners, kitchen sink was full of hard water spots, bathroom door handle stuck so it was hard to open, storage room door in the bathroom was unlocked with paint cans inside-hazard for kids.

The younger staff and restaurant staff were awesome

No continental breakfast when they told us at checking it was from 7 to 10 , dirty room kids making a lot of noise til midnight, paid extra for lake view, 2 small windows you couldn't see out of unless you stood right in front of them, one was broke

The location was great.

We were put in a handicapped accessible room that had a strange smell. I was told no upgrades were available even tho it seemed like the hotel was at less than capacity.

The charm, decor and staff were all fantastic. The abilitly to open the windows and hear the water splash on the beach and tranquility was AMAZING!!! WILL BE BACK!

The only potential issue was the noise from the HVAC unit.

The location and our two-room condo, both were so amazing!! This is such a gorgeous place to stay. We were here for Mother's Day weekend and it was simply perfect for myself and my two grown daughters. We had so much fun!

The room itself was perfect for the weekend getaway I was looking for. Cozy and cute, great for relaxing.

The couch was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever encountered in any of my hotel stays over the years, which is pretty impressive considering typical hotel furnishings. Also, the price is so misleading, the fees are way too much.

Booked a large 2 bed suite and they didnt have one 'ready'. i stay in hotels often so space is nice. Compensation was a small single king. Hotel staff would do nothing elses. I stayed elsewhere.

WORST mattress I have ever slept on!!!!! For a hotel of this level, putting some money into mattresses would be expected.

Convenient for attending a wedding in the ballroom.

Staff was very rude upon check in, stated I almost caused the hotel to over book and that the room was still dirty when I booked. No continental breakfast, which I thought was too bad given the price of the room per night.

1st room was not clean. No sheets on bed. Pillows on the floor. 2nd room had candy wrapppers and red bull left and n the room. Garbage around nightstand. Broken bathtub faucet, broken sink, clogged drain. Terrible view of storage area. Terrible desk staff

The history of the Hotel is fascinating. The staff was great, the food was awesome, the live music was great! The view from out balcony was beautiful.

Our bathroom in the master bedroom was not cleaned very well, there was hair all over the toilet and floor. Not a big deal, but was a little surprised by it. Would not stop us from coming back again!!! Was a great stay all in all!!!

Right on the water and has a great bar right there. The restaurant overlooks the water. The staff were very accommodating. We rented a boat right there and went fishing. Great stay

Beautiful views of the lake from hotel restaurant and walk out to boat docks. Easy walk to downtown Walker for restaurants and shops.
