- Room was dusty, cobwebs in the corners, kitchen sink was full of hard water spots, bathroom door handle stuck so it was hard to open, storage room door in the bathroom was unlocked with paint cans inside-hazard for kids.
- The amount of broken items throughout the room
- We were put in a handicapped accessible room that had a strange smell. I was told no upgrades were available even tho it seemed like the hotel was at less than capacity.
