Internet hard to set up. Laundry very expensive

This is a great location in central London. We also got a room upgrade.

Check in took 15-20 mins which was a bit frustrating.

Comfort of the room is tops. And free water, Coke and cookies. The beds were awesome. Right on Trafalgar Square. A small walk to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing, the Churchill war museum, Piccadilly, and the Royal Palace.

Not really. This is a comfortable hotel. Hard to do better if you desire sleep, proximity to top places, etc.

The location is very centrally located to everything in Central London. The the hotel is very current and updated. The view from the room was better than expected.

Great location- but never was loud or brash. Beautiful updated and SPACIOUS rooms- a real find in central London. Hip vibe. Gracious, professional staff.

Was very comfortable and quiet. Amazing shower. Beds very comfortable.

Desk area was a bit like a basic Hilton. A couple of the staff were a little green for the 5 star hospitality level. There was an odor in the 6th floor hallway & a sort of a cheap musky cologne scent sprayed through the hotel which I did not like.

Amazing location in the heart of London and 5 minutes walking distance to Charing Cross tube station. The hotel has a contemporary yet classic style and great size rooms with all the in room amenities you would want to see. I would definitely stay again

The hotel is in a fantastic location. 15 mins walk from Buckingham palace, 3 mins walk from Trafalgar Square and 15 minutes to SOHO. I booked a family room it was large and nicely dec. - around 400sqft. The staff were amazing. I am really picky!

The location was excellent. Right at Trafalgar Square and pretty central to major tourist attractions. Cleanliness was good.

The rooms were very underwhelming, especially after going through the modern lobby and elevators, the rooms were very plain and the furniture was plain and old looking. The bathroom was ok.

Impossible to get taxi at rush hour furniture in room was cheap. Room amenities were substandard
