Don’t get me wrong the building itself is nice and in a decent location.
The staff didn’t tell me how much she was charging me until after she swiped my card and on top of that she said my partner couldnt pay bc she used my ID even tho he was with me so I had to use my card. I’ve never ever had a situation like that. But on top of all that there was bedbugs in the bed we stayed in and ik this because we woke up with bites all over our bodies

We stayed at the W for our 18th anniversary weekend. The hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed a breakfast credit with an amazing in hotel restaurant that served excellent breakfast options, and a complementary morning mimosa from our friend Alonzo. The location was perfect for us to enjoy a great Friday night restaurant and walk to the Aquarium on Saturday. It truly was a perfect getaway. Thank you W!

Great location. Nice room. Excellent bites in the restaurant.
Only 1 restaurant and did not open until 8 am. Requested traditional housekeeping and did not receive it. We had room service and really needed our trash emptied and a general quick clean up. Due to being early risers our pre purchased breakfast went unused due to the late opening of the restaurant.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I'll come back in the summer when the pool is accessible. It was closed for the winter. The whole staff was very helpful and attentive. Valet was even helpful
On the website when I booked it stated that breakfast was included. I paid extra for it being included. However, when it was time for breakfast the next morning, I eventually had to pay for breakfast. I was a bit upset that I had to pay more money for something the website said was included
