Hampton Inn Auburn

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Spacious room.

The breakfast was delicious, they had two kinds of pancake mixes. Lots of apples and cereal was fresh

The window were dirty from the outside the front door looked like it hadn¿t been cleaned in weeks with the dirt residue and same for the room window, there was some mold in the caulk in the bathroom

It was reasonably priced, and clean. The breakfast was nice.

Cockroaches!!!!!! Alive and dead!!!! On the walls and bed

Cockroaches

Proximity to my place of performance

Jacuzzi pumps over heated and shut down alot need better ventilation in the pum room Other than that every thing was great 5 5 stars

Overall experience was average besides one thing.

Dirty brown finger marks on towel. Was first thing I saw when I walked into bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, good location and kind staff.

I would have liked to have real glasses instead of paper cups. Other than that, it was great!!!

Beds were hard

The staff were very nice and very helpful!

Cleanliness of the room.

Can't think of a thing

Typical Hampton good for small town area

Location, easy access and proximity to what we had planned for our stay.

Roominess every where you went.

Oatmeal was already cooked

Bed waa too firm, room faced I -69 was noisy

Breakfast was great, especially the waffle-making for kids. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. the location was great. We were taking the 765 steam train ride from Pleasant Lake on Saturday, and visiting the ACD and truck museums on Friday, so location in Auburn was perfect.

Overall it was a good stay, room was comfortable, minus the freeway’s noise!

The freeway noise was annoying at night! The view was the freeway! Unfortunate is the property’s location!

Great staff, clean facility, very good breakfasts, the swimming pool was fabulous!

Only 2 things that were slightly bad were, 1 - the road noise from I-69 & 2 - no where to sit comfortability while my Mom was outside smoking.

Location near restaurants. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Swam in the pool. Good breakfast.

Clean

When checking in there is a immediate $50 charge for “incidental” that is not mentioned here. But instead of just putting the $50 charge on my card they charged full price for the room plus the 50 even though I had already paid in advanced. They have canceled the booking.com charge now but this means I not only paid more then the advertised price I also lost my booking.com bucks. I will never stay at this location again!

We come to watch the grandkids play ball we drove for 12 hours & when we got here the staff was so friendly and laughing and it was a pleasure to check in. We brought to the grandkids back to stay with us and the staff went and got extra blankets for us and it was just a pleasure to stay there

Nothing, we have stayed here numerous times over the years
