in a word, this hotel was perfection. it is located on a quiet residential street, yet convenient to the tube and shopping/restaurants. i was travelling alone and always felt safe. the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was great, my husband and I appreciated the ala carte menu which meant the food was prepared fresh and to our liking. AND the Afternoon Tea was perfection!!!

The hotel is a gem. Our second time staying there and cant wait to return in the Spring. The staff are exceptional , the rooms are gorgeous and the breakfast is first class. The best Location .
