Pros +
- Very big and spacious resort. Was plenty of room quiet secluded
- Very nice rooms and grounds. All employees were friendly and helpful. Good food. Very enjoyable trip
- The male staffing was extremely nice and friendly. If it wasn't for them, we probably would have demanded someone to refund our money.
Cons -
- Pools close by 630 way too early
- They didn't clean our room until the 4th day after we asked 3 times. They didn't have any pool towels or gym towels on a couple of days. We did not get a meal for 2 of the nights as the wait times were over 2.5 hours. Alot of visible staff fighting.
- Most of the female staff was rude and had nasty attitudes. Our request to speak with mgmnt about our rooms were denied 2 days; wouldn't allow us to take food to out restaurant (too many cats); and the AC & wifi weren't working in some areas.
