St. James Club Resort & Villas - All Inclusive

Very big and spacious resort. Was plenty of room quiet secluded

Pools close by 630 way too early

Very nice rooms and grounds. All employees were friendly and helpful. Good food. Very enjoyable trip

They didn't clean our room until the 4th day after we asked 3 times. They didn't have any pool towels or gym towels on a couple of days. We did not get a meal for 2 of the nights as the wait times were over 2.5 hours. Alot of visible staff fighting.

The male staffing was extremely nice and friendly. If it wasn't for them, we probably would have demanded someone to refund our money.

Most of the female staff was rude and had nasty attitudes. Our request to speak with mgmnt about our rooms were denied 2 days; wouldn't allow us to take food to out restaurant (too many cats); and the AC & wifi weren't working in some areas.

Our oceanfront rooms were very nice. The food was average. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very roomy.

Room was cleaned every other day. Front desk, rude and unhelpful. Best restaurants closed every other day Italian restaurant charge $40 extra per person and we¿re out of lobster bread two desserts, white wine. Whole property in need of facelift. Disappoin

All the staff members were friendly and beyond helpful. The amenities were wonderful.

Hotel has a beachfront and bay side. We reserved beachfront but due to an awful seaweed problem, we weren't able to get in the water on that side. This led to a very crowded bay side, having to run out to reserve lounge first thing in the morning.

The location is great, the sport center is fabulous, sailing, kayaking, sailboarding, paddle boarding and if you don’t know how, they give you lessons - all included in the price. Several restaurants to chose from, early until late.

They had some issues w AC, were very attentive, fixed and worked great from there on out!

The beach front room was my favorite part

The motion sender air conditioning system was horrible. Impossible to keep the temperature below 78 degrees. Entire system shuts down with lack of movement in the room (motion sensor was installed). We had to get the motion sensor uninstalled

This hotel was awesome. It is beautiful, with awesome views. The food was amazing (I preferred the buffet options) and the staff was great. I give this hotel 4.5 stars!

There was nothing I disliked, but the resort is so large that there is a quite a walk to one of the restaurants depending on where your room is. Also, the beach was rockier than some of the beaches I've been to but the bay is clear and a great 2nd option

Beautiful property with a friendly staff. Lots of activities during the day and night for entertainment. Plenty of space so you could move around from the beaches to the pool.

There was too much seaweed on Coco Beach. Seemed the method they were using to remove it was not very effective.

Resort is beautiful. All activities were accessible . Beaches were lovely .

Cost of the resort is pricey. The additional $24.00/day for resort fees & $ 10/ day for wifi as well as the $2/ day for the wish donation should have been included when you pay almost $1000 / night for the resort. In addition the cost of tipping staff, waiters, bartenders, room service and drivers also adds to the cost. The food was just ok. Although a variety of menu the buffet food was often cold if you didn’t eat right when they brought it out. Some of the entertainment staff (pool aerobics, & Karaoke & late entertainment staff were often non inclusive, & slightly rude . Also

The property was well kept and quiet. This is not a “party” resort, which I appreciated!

The breakfast was served buffet style, so we had so many delicious options to pick from! Plus, the view was just beautiful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

It's crucial to address the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the AC and internet quality, to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The location was great only 30 minutes from the airport, the staff was really the gold. They were extremely helpful when you needed them, Informative when you needed information.

It's supposed to be ALL INCLUSIVE yet you had to refill the waterbottles that were given to you upon arrival, the frig in my room only had that no sodas or beers like ant other resort I've stayed in. There was mad added taxes that I had to pay extra for that wasnt mentioned. 1 restaurant in particular you had to actually pay to eat in. When ever the rooms were cleaned the staff would either take your towels or wash cloths. And the main issue was the wifi. Once you got into your room the wifi completely stopped working. Which is a huge inconvenience. Some guests where there on business and couldn't even work in the privacy of their rooms. 1 other issue i had was that alot of the guests were extremely dirty. Leaving their towels dishes etc in all kinds of random places as if they had maids. They should place signs that tell ppl to clean up after themselves. I had a great time yet if the issues I just stated were upgraded and fixed I would go back.

There were multiple restaurants and beaches and pools to visit.
