Pineapple Beach Club - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Staff was willing to go above and beyond. They hosted a garden dinner party one night. A beach dinner party the last Friday of the month with live local music! It was a lot of work for the staff and wonderful to see them enjoy interacting with guests.

Room needed some upgrades and fixing. Curtain was dirty and sliding door did not lock.

The lighting in the room was not conducive for reading, and a additional chair would be helpful for a couple occupying the room.The shower floor needs repairing.

Room decor could be improved a little with better artwork. Drinks seemed watered down but I guess that's expected at an all-inclusive. Some repairs needed here a there, out of order bathroom, AC out in fancy restaurant

Food was really bad, buffet did not get replenished , going out for dinner gets expensive, as everything is further away and taxis are not cheap

Great staff, always friendly and daily activities were wonderful.

Dated rooms—mine either had mold or chipped paint by the AC. No record of both my payments that delayed checkin and overall worrisome. Towels and beach chairs way too competitive to get and this wasn’t in main tourist season. Food was hit or miss.

The food was amazing. Plenty of different choices. The staff was pleasant. Most of the resort was easily walkable. Nice beach. Lots of places to take beautiful pictures. Intimate and quiet. They have transportation around the resort for those that request it. Lovely place.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable.

The food was fantastic and the beds were very comfy! Very quiet and relaxing vacation. The steakhouse was the best! Staff was friendly. I would recommend an ocean view over an oceanfront room. Our view in the ocean view was fantastic! Beach front rooms are also nice.

My room's bathroom could have been cleaner / used some updating (we stayed in an ocean view room). Also, birds were flying around the buffet area at breakfast.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good (and I don't generally eat at buffets, ever). We also had access to the "sister" resort, "The Veranda" and ate over there several times for dinner as well. The dinners were good at all of the menu dining.I would recommend this time of year for those that enjoy fewer people around. It was very nice that we had no trouble finding good chairs at the pool and on the beach. It was a similar vibe to a cruise ship, with events during the day aqua gym in the morning, bingo, crafts or trivia in the early afternoon, competitive horseshoes, ping pong or bocce ball mid-afternoon and a band or other musical entertainment in the evening. I also went to the spa and had a very relaxing body wrap, facial and massage. It was excellent. The room was well air-conditioned, and we had abundant hot water. Beach towels were in our room when we got there, so we had no trouble with finding towels. We enjoyed seeing a number of birds, including hummingbirds and "sugar birds." We spotted lizards and a mongoose as well.

I picked an ocean view room, which meant a lot of stairs. Luckily my knee did not act up at all. And we arrived during an unusual bloom of seaweed, so did not go ocean swimming at all. They said it does not happen often on this side of the island, so do not let that scare you away.

Visited 12 years ago, had massive refreshments and add on bits since then. Liked it 12 years ago loved it now. So much better.

Topaz restaurant fabulous. Pineapple Grill plus Italian restaurant would say work in progress. Food nothing special, some staff body language and attitude slightly off point. Needs improvement.

Very friendly personnel. Clean and nice property. Breakfast was excellent; fresh omelets, waffles, smoothies. Buffet style food was good; cocktails were excellent; snacks in the afternoon were nice; Outhouse BBQ restaurant; good food and beautiful view. Directly located on beach. Plenty of sun beds. Great for relaxation! Not close to anything, but we knew this and didn't care, because we had a rental car. Would definitely go back!

Had a waterfront room, located on the first floor. Room was nice and clean, but mattress was a bit worn-out. Would have been nice to maybe have a small cabinet in bathroom for toiletries.

We loved the beaches and the cleanliness of the property! Staff was amazing!

Amazing beach, ocean view from room 835 was spectacular. Staff was fantastic. Food at all the restaurants was very good, best was lunch at the Outhouse. Size of the resort was smaller but we never felt crowded. Overall a fantastic resort.
