Cons -
- There were roaches on my room, ants and sand everywhere throughout the hallway
- Gmom had roaches in her room. I switched rooms 3x because of creatures in my room including a sand crab, insects, mildew/moisture, wet surfaces. Front desk was non-responsive via phone and unhelpful in person. Rooms were cold at night with no blankets.
- Not the hotel but one of the excursions I went on was not very fun because I was being harassed and touched.. and they wouldn’t give me a refund

Food service staff was friendly. Pools were nice.. good proximity to beach.

The drinking water, the drinks the staffs and a few of the meals were good
I couldn't breath in my room it was stuffy and had a bad old smell to it
