Clean, bright lobby with restaurant and bar. Great location. Comfortable bed. Big tv! Welcome bag appreciated.

Very outdated decor. Homewood Suites next door has much more modern rooms at a competitive price. Small details.. I like to microwave water to make hot tea. Couldn?t do it because there was only styrofoam cups.

The location of the hotel was close to the highway and they were a number of restaurants very close. Also the staff were friendly and professional.

Older gentleman at front desk was very rude to my boyfriend when he came into the hotel to come to the room. Began asking him unnecessary questions in an insulting manner. We¿ve never had any prior issues to him arriving after me and coming to the room

Very clean with great amenities.

Need more coffee in the room. They only had one sample of regular and decaf. Not enough towels for people staying in room.

We had multiple rooms over our stay. One room had paint peeling off the ceiling, a tv that didn¿t work, and we killed to cockroaches. Other people in our party that stayed at this hotel also had issues with paint pealing and also rust in the bathtub.

I was very disappointed in the amount of money I paid for the room on Xmas! the toilet wouldn't stop running and was leaking, also I was expecting to use the hot tub and it was out of service. Overall my experience at the Hilton was poor

The location was ideal for my needs.

In a six floor hotel they only had one working elevator. On Friday morning when many guests were trying to leave, the housekeeping staff were using the one elevator to move cleaning carts. That was unacceptable. It was overpriced for what was provided.

Staff were very friendly and helpful even with hotel being so booked with many activities.

The young lady at the front desk,  was very friendly and excelled in customer service. The room was very clean, quiet, and the bed most comfortable. There was ample parking and it was conveniently accessible to the hotel's entrances.

ROOM 415 WAS VERY TIRED, RUG, FAUCETS, DRAINS,PAINT, SMELL, FURNITURE ALL NEED REPLACEMENT. REALLY 2 STARS OUT OF 5 AT BEST.

The front desk employees were professional, sweet and very accommodating.

Hot tub closed due to Covid- I understand why it was just unfortunate.

Every member of the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone I encountered said hello. Room was nice and great amenities offered. There was a great breakfast buffet as well, $11.99 per person and it was really good!

I fell on the sidewalk in the back of building because there was there was an indentation in the cement which needs fixing

Beautiful location and accommodation. Staff are extremely helpful, available and pleasant. Clean and comfortable hotel. Cheerful environment . Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and exercise equipment.

I booked this hotel for out of town family guests for my son's confirmation party. The location was perfect since the party hall was just next door, which is the Homewood Suites. And the rooms are clean, so is the overall hotel.

My sister-in-law reported that the toilet in their room clogged and almost overflowed. This happened late at night, it was reported to the staff. Supposedly, the night shift maintenance staff, went home without taking care of the matter.

It was clean. Had a pool. Had a small bar in the nice, up to date lobby.

One night on business, the room was everything I wanted. Clean room, clean bathroom, quite hotel with a pleasant staff. I did not use the pool or have breakfast, so no comment. The hotel was everytaGlastonbury is a very nice town with great amenities.

Slippery bathtub with only a vertical grab rail.

It was available and convenient if driving / have car. Lobby and outside garden room are both nice.

Paper thin walls = really noisy. It sounded like every person speaking, walking in hallway was directly in the room 3/4 feet away. Price was oddly high for quality, room size.
