Friendly staff

It smelled terrible and needed lots of updates like missing lights by the bed. Tiles missing in bathroom. Rusted doors. Neighbor had barking dog and you could smell someone smoking weed!

Food on floor with cockroaches in elevator. Did not have cleaning service. Had to go down each day to ask for towels and take out own trash. Use my own trash bags. The furniture is worn out and bedclothes stained. Towels unravelling. Just overall dirty.

Convenience

Each room I've checked into has had a moldy/mildew smell, tv not working, yet they switch me all over to different rooms & each one smells like a damp mildew smell that usually gives my partner and I are tough time sleeping & we wake up soo stuffy.

Location, hot breakfast

No TV in front of beds, they left an ugly damaged wall, only TV by the desk doesn?t work!! The mattresses were so bad and old. Couldn?t sleep without pain to our bodies! No towel bars.

The front desk clerk was extremely nice and apologetic for the inconvenience we encountered and the overall condition of the room we were first assigned and had to endure our first night.

The condition of the rooms. Rusty microwave and dirty bathtub.

The lighting is the room not sufficient, not enough towels, & they knew how many of us would be there. no coat hangers, no towel racks or rails in the bathroom. No toilet paper roller/holder, No blow dryer. no one at the front desk to check out.

The parking lot and lobby appeared neat and clean.

The room sink faucet was not attached to the vanity. The toilet was cracked and the shower had mold. The sheets looked worn out and dirty. I just left and didn?t ask for a refund. I did notify the maintenance personnel that the sink was broken.

Not congested with a bunch of people

My room door would not close unless slammed, the door locks and latch were not in proper working condition, the microwave did not work at all, there was no phone in the room, not enough lighting, the cable box was hanging from the tv and wouldn?t work.

The staff was friendly.

There wasn?t a coffee pot in the room. The complimentary breakfast was not up to normal standards.

Front Desk Receptionist was very polite and understanding.

The room carpet was wet and they refused to move me to a new room. i had to wait an extra hour to check in. Manager or worker was bery rude.

No TV No Towels Bad Service. It was to late to go somewhere else.

Location and cost. The pillows were really soft

The only room available (booked a week ahead) had an AC that ran like a lawnmower all night. There was mildew on the couch/pull out frame. Some lights were burned out and the front desk had to get the AC to come on and fix the tv. No towels on arrival.

NOTHING, Mold everywhere I talked to front desk person he told me he had to text the manager.. and he didn?t answer the room was 311 I will never forget. All he gave me was the manager email and contact corporate.

Hotel was Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

Tv was broken and did not work and when i complained to staff about it I was told they would tell the manager when he came to work. He never came to work they called him on the phone and he said it was nothing they can do. Old raggedy furniture

Floor was wet, it smelled like a sewer in the room, moved to another room, tv & microwave did not work. There was no manager to help with refund

Bad location- very bad urban neighborhood filled with beggars The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana in the hallway and humidity. There was paint on doorknobs,low seating toilet that ran, paint on walls was horrible,odorous,hair on mattress, loud traffi

The night staff were very nice.

The handicap room I requested I didn't get. Our room wasn't cleaned the entire time I was there even when I requested it be cleaned. The light at the door was out I told staff it was. The mattress was old you feel the springs/ coils bed was uncomfortab

The hotel smells horrible. It was moldy and damp. The bathroom was scary. The front desk guy played so intently on his phone. I was about to throw a penny at him to get his attention after I stood there right in his face waiving and saying hello.

There was nothing I liked about the hotel

This was the nightmare hotel. Everything was broken. We could not even get the refund since the lady at upfront said there can be no refund. Dead bolt was broken. Microwave was filthy, there was no fridge and no phone in the room. Bathroom door didn¿t lo

Quiet, clean and comfortable beds. Great location with great restaurants near by.

We woke up on our next morning to find no hot water. Due to time restraints, we couldn't wait around for it to be fixed so no showers in the morning.
