A very nice room with a lot of space.

The hot water in the shower was inconsistent. The water got cold when another guest used their shower.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was excellent. The breakfast had a nice assortment of options and was very well staffed. Will stay here again when I am at the plaza.

I have asbsolutely NOTHING good to say about this hotel!!! They have been having elevator problems here for many weeks - they rent you a room ON A HIGH FLOOR before telling you the elevator doesn't work!!!!!!

Staff was friendly

My ac in the room didn?t work and the elevator was not working and I had to stay on 5th floor

Elevators were not in working order as we checked in and as we checked out, which meant carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs. We should have been informed of this prior to getting to KC.

The included breakfast was incredible!

At check in, we were advised the room would not be serviced on Saturday and Sunday. We assumed we would get service Friday. We got a pile of towels and some coffee. After complaints, we got Sat. service.

Breakfast was wonderful, very inviting space and food was very good with a large variety of things.

Nice, friendly staff. Very willing to help you with anything. Breakfast was very good. Nice inviting area and large selection of foods.

We never received room service even after asking about it 2 days in a row. For what we paid we would have liked our room cleaned, bed made and fresh towels. Very disappointed. There was no communication in the room about their housekeeping services.

Understaffed, inattentive front desk, blamed lack of rooms on housekeeping, gave us a downgrade while promising an ¿upgrade to a suite¿

Construction near by which hindered access to parking garage.

Our first room had wet carpet from the AC so we had to pack all our belongings and move. It was inconvenient but we made it work. The breakfast was fabulous and the two people working it were incredible. The front desk were so sweet and polite.

Great location on the KC Plaza. Also provided a very good breakfast.

The room smelled like smoke.

Locations was great, walkable to restaurants and shops.

Our room. It smelled so heavily like smoke the entire time. The ceiling had black stuff growing out of the vent. The staff was kind and offered to switch rooms for us, however not the same room type so we stayed and opened all the windows.

The staff was confused by the fact that I paid online and tried to charge me additional tax and fees. Parking is also very hard for larger vehicles.
