Mattress need an upgrade

We had a red eye flight coming from the mainland. The staff allowed us to checkin early and get a much needed rest. Besides that the location is great with a Walmart & Sams club close by.

The location was great which was my primary reason for choosing this particular space.

However it is situated near a loud expressway. Any guest should be made aware of the amount of noise coming from the street. I was not able to rest well with the level of noise coming from the expressway.

El silencio a pesar de la ubicación del hotel que esta en una avenida muy transitada. En la habitación no se escucha casi nada del tráfico.

El estacionamiento es limitado y oscuro. No se siente seguro para los visitantes.

The restaurant was to costly and some of the snacks had mold, it was removed when told

Very friendly and attentive staff, they have a small fridge in the room, the room is very spacious

The floor of the room was not clean, the noise of the cars does not let you rest, the air conditioning is not silent

It needed a lot of repair work the room. Was not happy at all.

They need to do a full inspection of the room before it gets rented out. This room had a lot of issues. We complained on the third or fourth day because we could not take it any longer taking cold showers. No hot water in the room.

La limpieza, amabilidad del pesonal muy bien servicio.

Lo único incómodo era salir del hotel y tener que pedir la llave de la piscina todo lo demás excelente. El hotel es más para personas que van de paso o personas adultas.

Nothing at all

Well let's start with to get ice they scoop it from a cooler then the room smelled so bad like mold and the sheets were not fitted so you slid all over the bed the pool was a joke and also no elevator so u were dragging your bags up the stairs such a joke

It is conviniently located for people who are on the road and want to rest up a night before hitting the road again. Wouldnt recommend for people who want to stay in or near the hotel.

Small pool, they were out of towels, had a room across the street from hotel front desk and pool.

Good no-frills, economy lodging. Convenient to highway, but surprisingly quiet. Very pleasant staff.

Bedsheets extremely thin. Probably just as clean as anywhere else, but bugged me psychologically. Restaurant pretty bland, and the staff forgot about me several times.

The soap in the bath room was used and have trash in the basket. Have two buildings so have the pool or the restaurant. The ice was weird to have

Room was in the second building above the restaurant, we could smell the food. A/C unit smelled strange. No hand soap, no toilet paper, bathroom trash not removed, towels dirty. Water shut down in the morning without notice in entire building for repairs.

The hotel staff were friendly and responsive.

There is no elevator, so it is hard to carry suitcases to the second floor using the stairs.

Location...

The hotel did not have a phone in the rooms. When I needed the front desk I had to use my cellphone. This also made ordering room service very difficult. I was also there on a bereavement and was told that my family will be on the same floor and was not.
