Housekeeping knocked while I was still there but did not come back later to clean the room. And there were small bugs around the sink.

We had a very spacious room which was wonderful with a baby

It’s next to central station so u hear some noise but that wasn’t so much of a problem, we loved to see the night life from our window

We were not treated to stay at the property. Such a strange thing that we booked to confirm booking was just a trash. Nobody treated us that you have a booking there. Deception is said we don’t have any vacant room or this booking is not validated by us we drive through the whole night to reach at the destiny to stay but at 11th hours we were not welcomed by this hotel

There was no waiting area way with the kids stood for half an hour only single receptionist dealing not even a single chair are so far waiting for our return. There is no waiting area. There is no lobby. There is nothing like to sit even for 10 minutes at the receptionist to the kids were VPP crying we worked a lot there.

The room is cleaned up everyday by the cleaners people that is something that is good of the hostels.

- That the bar is still in maintenance under construction closed. - That you don’t have a loby space where u could sit down and work quietly with a laptop or anything.

The room has been cleaned to the clearest status based on its aged facilities. The other roommates in the dorm respect each other. The shower is hot and the water flow is powerful and strong.

The soundproof isn’t perfect. I constantly hear the noise from next door partying til a late time.

The room was for 4, women only, clean, quiet and I was having a good sleep. Again I mention the smiling lady from the reception team, very emphatic and always willing to help and to find the best accommodation for the customer requests. Thank you to Denis, from the manager team too.

Nothing important to mention as a minus. This was my day's experience and was ok.

There was a lot of noise from construction work outside starting very early in the morning

Nice shower and clean beds. Right next to the central station as well.

Staff were okay. Keycard broke many times (on average twice a day) and had to go to the front desk and get them to fix it.

I liked the no noise policy in the rooms

The pool table was not very clean and the tools needed some changes

Please separate people by age

They put you to sleep with elderly people who have been living there for years and won't let you sleep. They snore very hard

I paid gor dorm room and they hive me a gamiky room for myself only. Place is nice.just in front of the train station.and price is reasenable. Thank uou

The employee was not friendly says we don’t have any empty room for single person. While in website we can book.

Great location opposite train station very convenient for shops + breakfast cafés + near the park. Receptionist kindly offered all female room.Bed was comfy, soft pillow. Ideal for a very quick night between trains.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in days, covered in hair, dried toothpaste, bits of wet tissue and gunk on taps. This really needs attention. Also the foyer smells of cigarettes and drains (maybe because it's an old building) but not very welcoming.

Location is very practical, just across the road from central station, there's plenty of shops eateries etc. And the main attractions are within walking distance.Room was spacious and well equipped (hangers, chairs, table)Bed was comfortable enough. And price is very affordable.

Beds are not marked, so there was someone occupying the bed that i was instructed to take. The bathtub was full of water, and when i told the reception about those issues, zero action was taken. Thankfully, i arranged everything myself.

Very poor customer service by reception staff. Assigned dorm was fully occupied.

Typical hostel experience. Good location, clean room&bathroom, and comfortable bed. It was an okay experience for the money I've paid. I recommend it if you need a place to sleep while traveling.

They have the basics a place for you to sleep with comfortable beds and privacy curtains. But it stops there.

Dorm room as well as other parts of the "hotel" had a musky smell. No place to relax other than your bed. I would stay again because everything is expensive here and this is the cleanest cheapest option.
