Las habitaciones necesitan más aseo. Los pisos de las camas están completamente sucios por debajo y no rellenan el mini bar diariamente ni la nevera.

The location was good. Quiet, but close enough to restaurants and stores.

Our room wasn't that great. It was on the 3rd floor across from a hair salon!! So all morning we could hear the blow dryers going. The beds were uncomfortable. The small mirror in the bathroom was falling off the wall.

Bed was dirty and unclean. Found blood and makeup in my bed. They didn¿t clean it up and the manager lied to me and said they¿d look at get me a refund.

The location was great, close to so many restaurants and cafes. The area felt safe. And it was easy to get to and from the airport using the private transport service. Breakfast was super generous. Great value for the price.

I don't think it's 4 stars by international standards; there were some amenities we'd have expected but didn't have.

Room are nice and clean, location is safe and amazing, the area around is 10/10 as well

The staff is excellent. Location is good, close to Bus line and many restaurants, Excellent Pool, Breakfast buffee is excellent. Elegant ambiance. Excellent romantic restaurant on top floor

The Furniture(Sofa/Chairs) were a little dated but ok. The table top wobbled. The hair dryer holder was loose and had to hold it in place to keep the hair dryer going.

The location was great, staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom wasn¿t clean properly, after showering the mirror fogged and I could read that the previous guest had written on the mirror.

Took an hour to check-in without anybody in front of us. 20 minutes to check out. The staff are on slow motion and don't know how to multitask and get distracted easily and forget what they were doing. 4 star hotel with 2 star service.

Location, excellent area, close to multitude of restaurants. Nicely maintained hotel, excellent amenities.

Nicely situated near the Poblabo district.

Breakfast quality is below avarage, and some days even worse. The rooms are noisy and construction work on the 11th floor is also done at night.

Staff not especially friendly. Was not able to check into our room until 5 p.m. Formerly this was a grand hotel but has been neglected by current management. But price reflected some of this so overall deal was ok

the hall ways light sensors were not working good and they delayed to turn on . it gets scary in dark. specially for a women

Breakfast lots of choices. Location perfect.

Ground floor not properly utilized. Management should think about programs to fill up dining room. And open up 'cafetaria' on Sunday instead of all closed. It is no fun being practically the only one dining when there are 5 staff staring at you.
