No ice machine. Renovation underway but years too late.

Booked and paid for a 2 bdrm suite got there no suites available . Had to do 2 different room. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and on the lamp shades no working smoke detectors in room. Killed 4 bugs in there. No working elevator. Trash all over

Room outdated, worn hallway & room carpert, old worn fridge & stove, dirty worn sofa bed, stained bath tube, broken closet mirror minimal hot breakfast items, carpets not clean, drapes and walls need repair. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

The room was discusting and dirty. Mold all over the shower curtain and bathroom. The couch was too dirty to sit on and the pullout couch too dirty to use.

Smelly, Dirty, worn, stained carpet with holes, coffee maker contained old moldy coffee filter/grounds. Obviously not cleaned.

Lady at front desk was very nice eventually gave us an upgraded room,took me to check it out to see if it ok,as have a lot of rooms out of service and said they havent had renovations for 20 yrs

We got there the bathroom had no soap,light didnt work,trash in wastbasket,floor not clean,sock on floor from a previous guest,was going to use phone to call front desk it had something nasty looking on it,1 elevator out of service

Hotel is very conveniently located, right by the major thoroughfare. Layout is very similar to other Residence Inn properties and familiar.

The room was filthy, floor was damaged, carpet stained and torn in several places. Refrigerator doors stained with filthy, top was very dirty. Bathroom shower curtain had two used dirty washcloths drying on it. Towels with makeup stains. Breakfast horribl

hotel is old and raggedy. reeks of someone smoking, horrible selfish staff employees park their cars in the loading area and leave the. luggage carts always missing. in the visitors rooms they keep them and management is ok with this. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Absolutely nothing

1. Filthy 2. Rundown/damaged (carpet stained, missing closet door) 3. Outside doors to enter building did not lock and were taped up. 4. Breakfast was horrible, no options and no milk. A staff member had to leave and get some while guests waited.

Staff was polite and breakfast was good

Side entry doors were not secure, not enough people cleaning, furniture and rug needs updated, not enough luggage carts available

Nothing. Not a good place to stay.

This motel isn't worth what you have to pay to stay there. You have to pay for parking by the day. No security what so ever in the parking lot. Rooms have a lot of damage.

Hotel room was not that clean. Stains on the carpet, shower holster broken in one bathroom, other shower clogged, mold in toilet, food onside of the bed, couch was filthy, and the smoke detector beeped all night!

The staff was friendly.

All the outside entrances to this hotel are not secure and anyone can walk in off the street 24 hours. My room was dingy with broken flooring, a melted microwave, stains on the walls and I woke up with over 10 bites on my arms, stomach and back.

Hotel staff is worst I ever see, overcharged pet fees & pet areas is soo worst and nasty Same hotel last December paid and they charged more this time

I love the location of the hotel and the style in which it was built

It was so run down inside and it smelled very bad

There was a broken out window/door, elevator was inoperable, several bags of trash in the hallway, our peep hole was broken out, so you could see INTO our room, and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming in the parking lot.

The room was exactly what I was looking for

The staff were very pleasant but I felt I was putting them out by asking for more coffee and eggs and bacon to be put out for breakfast.

Staff were very helpful.

The pool desperately needed a good cleaning as did the hot tub. Both had rings like "bathtub rings". The pool room had what looked like crumbling columns and was only open on Fri, Sat & Sun.

No breakfast first 2 mornings. Air conditioning didn¿t cool very well. And toilet backed up and they gave me the plunger to flush the toilet myself. There was garbage by the main entrance that go to the rooms. Sure no 3 star hotel.

Nothing me and my husband got bit up by something I informed the manager on duty she just said ok we went and got bedbugs spray I got on the toilet only to see it wasn¿t any tissue I called the front desk and they made me come downstairs to get it

I didn¿t like nothing about it
