It was convenient. The hotel should have offered some type of refund due to the state of the room and that they could not move us to a different room. Also, because of the event in town the price was OUTRAGEOUS for what was offered.

It was convenient. The hotel should have offered some type of refund due to the state of the room and that they could not move us to a different room. Also, because of the event in town the price was OUTRAGEOUS for what was offered.
