The room was not cleaned prior. The microwave had exploded food within it, there was black mold in the shower, hair along all of the baseboards, and a clogged toilet that I had to plunge myself after being given a plunger by the front desk.

The room was not cleaned prior. The microwave had exploded food within it, there was black mold in the shower, hair along all of the baseboards, and a clogged toilet that I had to plunge myself after being given a plunger by the front desk.
