I loved everything about this hotel!
The location is a few feet from the beach, the outdoor fire pits and lounge area was nice and cozy, and Our beds were like laying on a cloud super comfortable, and the rooms were almoat soundproof so we couldnÂ¿t hear every move anyone around was making.

Cons -

Parking is pricey but I?ve come to expect that for certain areas.
Paid a lot at booking for luxury at a 4star hotel. Feel cheated room was not as discr. amenities not as descr., staff unhelpful unreachable by phone whole stay, same with room service, it took 2 elevators spaced far apart to reach lobby from 3rd floor.
For the price (over $---a night) a couple things didn't meet expectation: * towels were thin and scratchy. * no robes * pull out bed in the couch had a bent mattress * no sheets for pull out bed * no coffee was provided on second day

Best location for a family trip in Pismo. Beach is right out the patio door. Had an ocean front balcony that offered a second space in the room - very helpful when staying with kids. King bed was very comfortable. There is a water machine next to the ice
