- Convenience of the location. Hotel lobby and rooms were clean.

- Breakfast was just ok
- Fireplace did not work. Receptionist stated some do and some don't. Breakfast was not as expected. Waffle maker did not work properly. Burned and undercooked the waffles.
- The sliding glass door did not lock. Requested a stick, they did not provide one. The bathroom door did not have a handle. The lobby was closed and we entered through the fire escape stairs. We were not aware of the construction until we arrived.
