The room was very nice and clean. Typical homeless people walk around the area but mind your business and they do the same. There were a lot of food places and liquor stores in walking distance and easily accessible to the MAX.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete. I've paid half as much elsewhere and the beds were good. We checked out before midnight the same day. Also it was my birthday and the night pretty much ended early and became stressful.

They are in the middle of a remodel and it looks like it will be nice when completed. That being said, the whole Delta Park/ PIR/ Expo center area is BAD, the homeless and crime have driven out business', We had to drive to Vancouver to get dinner....
