Very clean and comfortable. Met my needs 100%.
Wonderfully restful, clean, quiet stay. Would absolutely stay again!
The room was very nice and clean. Typical homeless people walk around the area but mind your business and they do the same. There were a lot of food places and liquor stores in walking distance and easily accessible to the MAX.

Cons -

Things I didn't care about that might matter to others: commuter rail in front of the motel is a bit noisy, and freezer portion of mini-fridge didn't keep things frozen.
Nothing to complain about but just know the max does past in front of the rooms. ItÂ¿s not loud but you hear it for maybe 10 seconds
Metro train runs in front of the place, but the noise from it was not disruptive to sleep.

It was a simple room, but everything was reasonably modern, and the room was very clean. Sink and shower drained well. This is a very reasonably priced motel, and a very good value. I'd say it's what all 1-star motels should aspire to be.
