Room was very clean. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave.

Cons -

No comforter on the bed, only a sheet and very thin blanket. I was so cold I had to turn the heat up to 78�. Bright fluorescent lights on all night right outside window that shined in the room even with the curtains closed. Homeless man on the steps
Lack of shelves or drawers in main room and bathroom. A bathroom "robe" hook. One television remote, please. Perhaps wipe/vacuum the sides of the bed where the mattress sits. At one point I was frightened, thinking I had discovered bedbugs.
They charged an unauthorized cleaning charge of $50. This is tantamount to theft.
