This central Portland hotel is located just 3 miles from Portland International Airport. It offers free on-site parking and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. A cable TV and a microwave are provided in every warm colored room at Cameo Motel – Portland. A work desk is also included. Motel Cameo is a 6-minute drive from Rose City Golf Course and Rocky Butte State Park. Downtown Portland is a 15-minute drive away.

This motel is typical of the lodging system put in place years ago. It served its purpose: a place to sleep.
We needed a hotel for a night and the affordable nature of the room had us curious but it exceeded our expectations. I would stay there again anytime. Very close to the airport. Super friendly staff.
It's conveniently located. The bathroom is in good shape except for the weird faucets.

Cons -

No, I understood what the lodging was providing.
The sink drained poorly, and the faucets take a Nobel-prize winner to figure out. The first night we were kept awake for hours by people in the room above us coming and going and stomping around. We could not get anything except the music channel on TV.
Hotel is undergoing renovations so it is pretty noisy during the day. Someone either forgot to put in or stole our showerhead & we had to ask staff for a replacement (which they promptly did). The maid also forgot to clean our room one day,

The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The location is quite convenient.
