ESA North Portland is just 6 miles away from the Portland International Airport, and less than a 10-minute walk from the Tri-Met MAX Delta Park Rail Station (Yellow Line). Free Wi-Fi is included in all rooms. Every kitchen at Extended Stay America - North Portland is equipped with a stovetop, microwave and a full-sized fridge. The hotel also provides guests with laundry and ironing facilities as well as upgraded bedding with extra pillows. Free grab-and-go breakfast including breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea is served every morning. The Oregon Convention Center and Moda Center are within 10 minutes' drive - Portland - Delta Park, Jantzen Beach, the Portland Children’s Museum are also nearby.

- They are in the middle of a remodel and it looks like it will be nice when completed. That being said, the whole Delta Park/ PIR/ Expo center area is BAD, the homeless and crime have driven out business', We had to drive to Vancouver to get dinner....
- Staff was amazing! She really looks out for the people that are staying at the hotel.
- The night manager was a great help. The dude and trainee not so much.
Cons -
- The location was like a war zone, the state of remodel, No HVAC in room, virtually no continental breakfast. No fruit , no Danish , no milk or juice, only 5 strawberry yogurts and bad coffee.
- The location wasn?t the best, but even with that security was consistently rounding the parking lots so I knew my car would be ok.
