The bead is not confortabil and the pillow are so hard. Also the noise of air conditioner it so disturbing ?. It was the worst experience I've ever had. That pillow left me with so much pain on my neck ? ? ?

Cleaning procedure was no good they didn't change the sheets once in a one week stay.

The bed is a little bit firm
Rooms & facilities were very clean and quite spacious too. The staff were very friendly too. We did not use it due to time constraint but there is a lounge, gym, and coin laundry at the hotel too. Breakfast was also included which was good. The hotel is also walking distance to the station.

Staff wanted to force me to wear plastic gloves for breakfast, that in April 2023!!!
Free gym to use while clothes were washing and drying. Complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Shower was great. Amenities in the room made it comfortable to stay. Great value for money.
Paid parking but there’s a huge public parking space for the game centre right behind hotel that we used for free for a night.
Hard beds, parking not free, breakfast ends early.
The breakfast service stops at 9am. Extra towels cost money. Parking is not free. The beds are like sleeping on concrete.
It’s not in a particularly beautiful area. It’s like the Slough of Niigata. Still, it’s priced accordingly and we were fine about it.
