Dildo Boathouse Inn

The room was absolutely beautiful and the deck was a beautiful spot to enjoy your coffee or a drink

The views. The price. The restaurants in the area. The outside tables and wharf.

The restaurant was closed and we did not know beforehand. We had to go out to eat.The door knob on the outside door to our room came off in my husbands hand and we had to get the owner to replace it.

Great views, super clean and a modern feel right on the water. Really enjoyed the place.

The staff was very receptive and made space for us in the restaurant even though it was a holiday and they were busy and short staffed

Great place to stay, clean rooms, good views and friendly owners. I ate at the restaurant there as well and the steak was delicious.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The views of the water were excellent.

We weren’t made aware that the restaurant would be closed.

We loved everything! The soaker tub overlooking Trinity Bay was luxurious. We loved the deck off our room, the plush towels, the super comfy king-size bed and ample pillows, easy/free parking. We were the only guests as the busy season had ended so unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open, but the Dildo Brewing Co and Coffee House are just down the street and had great food.

My only minor issue was that the walls were quite thin, so sound carried through the building, and from the road outside.

Location, cleanliness, quiet

Great location and view, comfortable bed, clean, pleasant decoration, and nice having a bathtub in the room. We also had a very friendly welcome.

The only minor thing was that the mini fridge was not cold.

The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and we only found out after we woke up the next day. We found Our supplies were spoiled

Beautiful property and very clean

The head of the bed had no support. We turned the mattress 180 and tried to fix it. I had to sleep by my husband’s feet to balance us out.

The ‘view’ as advertised was through the window of the door. Very misleading

We were fortunate to have the top floor room facing the ocean. Spectacular sunset. The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely clean and comfy. Would recommend for a few days stay.

Nothing. The staff were extremely busy in the restaurant downstairs but made time out to take care of us. Loved it all.

Location on the water was excellent. Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. Had a delicious dinner in the restaurant.

We didn't get breakfast (not included as far as I know). The original reason for booking here was that we were flying out of St. John's the next day but all of the hotels there were fully booked or charging double their normal rates. I wanted somewhere within a reasonable driving distance. Honestly, Dildo Boathouse was a choice that I was avoiding as I had the impression that it might be rooms above a bar on the docks. At first view from the outside, it at least looked somewhat okay. The stairway to the upper level and then the room itself were a surprise.

If I wanted to be picky, the range of TV channels, but I don't normally bother much with the TV.
