beds were very comfortable , the room was good sized

bathroom was way too small practically had to step in bathtub to close door . very tight .the restaurant closed on the second night had to leave to find food (10 minute drive) and only one place open.

The location was excellent, we had a great view from our room, and the bed was very comfortable! The restaurant in the hotel is excellent!

The room was quite cold when we arrived, and we did not have a lot of control over the temperature as it was a central system and could not be adjusted. WE wound up opening the windows to let the heat in, and then it was fine.

check in time is very late - prefer 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm

Great view from room. Lovely deck .Bon fire was a nice surprise.

A free breakfast was advertised. This was not true. They give you a menu with dollar amounts on it. When you question it they apologize and says it was incorrectly advertised. If you go to the front desk to complain they will give you a voucher that is worth 8 dollars towards the listed breakfast options. The hotel does not run the restaurant it is a separate entity.

The manager (owner) was rude and disrespectful.

The property was beautiful and gorgeous, especially with the fall setting and the initial room I was in was beautiful and renovated.

Because there was a hockey tournament in the area the hotel itself was Monopoli by little kids, making noise playing in the hall, running up and down the hall, banging, and I initially was not feeling well at all and wanted a quiet space. That my room initially was amongst all the hockey player kids And they move me out into a one room dated cabin type space which didn’t add up to the value that I paid. The staff was very nice and trying to accommodate me with the noise of the hockey kids and this is all that they had available so that I didn’t have to pay more money than I already paid. The heater in the room that I stayed in kept me up all night cause it was rattling every time it came on there was noises that woke me up at 3 o’clock in the morning from the roof And another person staying on the other side heard the same thing. I have already gone to the hotel to ask something of what they can do to make things better for me because right now although the staff was nice and the grounds of the property hotel was beautiful. It was unfortunate that it wasn’t mentioned that there was a hockey team there cause if there was I would not have stayed there because I was so sick not because of the hotel I had arrived at the hotel sick. I was already sick before going to the hotel so I just wanted a quiet night, but I did not get it there in the initial hotel that was renovated and beautiful, but when I went to the other room on the other side of the hotel, not even attached to the hotel in a one room cabin, it just didn’t match the value of what I paidand as I said the heater kept me up all night every time it came on, so I got little to no sleep.

Breakfast looked great but was cold. The rooms were very big, modern and very clean.

Hot tub was not working when we arrived but the staff did get it fixed and we were able to use it. Restaurant was closed in the evening. There was no drinking water so staff supplied bottled.

Breakfast was adequate.

Carpet felt dusty but rest of room clean. Facilities were all great and easy to access.

New room but very little furniture. No Wi Fi so no TV n the room

Location, nice pool, restaurant on site, clean.

Price (~ $310 US dollars/night, including taxes) - room without furniture (only beds without headboard; 2 chairs, mini fridge, and microwave), no working TV (we were told that TV was just installed by not connected), minimal toiletries (no hand soap, no bathroom floor tower). The hotel is under renovation, and some disruption was expected. The staff did not provide any accommodations to compensate for the lack of amenities, for example, early check-in or late check-out. The check-out is at 11:00 AM; we were locked out at 10:40 AM and had to go to the desk multiple times to retrieve belongings from the locked room. There were other issues: the place was understaffed, the front desk was frequently unmanned, and breakfast for regular guests was unavailable.

New facility was nice. Quiet. Great location.

No microwave nor utencils.Staff never followed up on requests or concerns.

Pool and hot tub was not working, plus kayak where put away for the season

Location was wonderful.

Pool and hot tub not open. Room dusty, flies bot vacuumed up behind night tables. Large stain on carpet and carpet worn. Room was hot and thermostat didn't seem to work. Towel rack in bathroom not properly installed and fell off the mounting bracket. Room not made up every day.

Fast check-in, welcome staff, spacious and clean room, comfy beds. There was some small issues with room supplies, staff helped to solve the problem right away. We went over Thanksgiving long weekend, the chairlift is add-on bonus for us to see the fabulous fall colors around the hotel.

Breakfast room is small. On-site restaurant food were average. Waitress was impatient when taking our orders.

Breakfast was in a small room sat with other guests. Just had to get it yourself, fruit, sandwiches which looked yuk, cereal. Not great. Make your own hot drink, cold drinks available.

Entrance hall dingy , dark and glass light needed a clean. No shower curtain. Only one set of towels, had to ask for another. Curtain pelmet coming off. No evening meal available. Had to drive to a bistro. Nothing much to do there if it is raining.

Room traditional but good and plenty of hot water.

Breakfast disappointing - plastic knives and forks unnecessary and some fresh fruit would have been great. Just bagels and waffles really. Swimming pool closed
