    Pros +

    • Amazing location! Super easy access to the beach, boardwalk, plenty of restaurants, and sun. The pool was super nice and relaxing, and our kids loved the games. Towel service was great to be able to grab towels each day for pool or beach alike. The staff was super friendly and kind to my kids. The breakfast was very good as well and had lots of options we enjoyed.
    • The rooftop area was not fancy, but the view was incredible! Great place for groups to hang out.
    • I originally liked what I saw in the photos. But they are misleading.

    Cons -

    • Sound travels in this hotel and a couple of the nights we had a neighbor with a crying baby we could hear fairly clearly. This didn't bother us a ton, as we have two young kids ourselves, but may be an issue for lighter sleepers or travelers without kids.
    • Expensive for no frills. Breakfast expensive, especially since you served yourself.
    • I was curious as to why there were so many reviews of this property. Upon checking out I got my answer - the staff begs clients to give good ratings at check out.Mostly overhead lights in rooms. The astroturf on the roof deck is tacky. It’s overpriced. There is no direct service to roof deck or pool, you have to use a QR code to order a very limited menu. Room service food ends at 9pm. The pool is on the ground floor next to a parking lot and there is no views from it other than the back of the buildings and people’s balconies look down on you. There is awkward out of touch artwork above the bed. The television has a bright blue light on it (even when it’s off) that’s blinding and keeps you awake if you don’t have an I mask - so unplugging the TV is your best bet. The smoke alarm is located above the bed and blinks brightly non stop. In addition to these grievances (lol) my friends came to pick me up on my last day and hung out by the pool while I checked out. No longer than 30 minutes to pack my bag and talk to the front desk. After we left the staff called me and accused my friend of leaving without paying 50 euros for something. (My friend didn’t order anything). They proceeded to call the police on us before getting their facts straight. Turns out it was another person in an entirely different part of the hotel. They had no problem profiling me.If you have no taste and want to overpay for a scam hotel - this is the place for you! There are many better hotels close by - this one despite it saying 4stars, realistically for an experienced traveler is a 2 star hotel.

Great hotel with amazing sea view right in the center of Port de Soller, spacious room and beautiful balcony with beautiful sea view

Should put toilet paper in bathroom instead of tissues

Great location and facilities. Having the pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, pool table, table football and paddleboard hire was great option for adults and teenage kids. Breakfast and staff were amazing.

Great location in the quieter end of the bay. Fabulous breakfast buffet

The outdoor pool wasn’t heated on our first day so not able to use it. The gym equipment wasn’t of a high standard and the area was unsuitable to workout (like a greenhouse that was super hot).

Lovely clean friendly hotel fully equipped rooms we loved it

Location and clean modern small boutique hotel. Christina our receptionist was ever so helpful.

Smoking on balconies should be prohibited. Couldnt leave our clothes to air on our own balcony and at times had to close our door.

This hotel has the best view of the port and the best staff who cater to your needs. Everyone was very professional and personable. Special thanks to Cristina and Arabella. We felt home at the hotel ended up extending our stay. They offered various fruits at breakfast buffet, which I enjoyed very much. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!

Exceptional small hotel. Comfortable and conveniently placed in the port. All the staff are helpful and cheerful, they made our stay very memorable. Cant wait to come back.

    No breakfast

Side tables to beds too small. Main room lighting poor. No table mirror for make up and no kettle for tea, only coffee machine. Paper cups at such a hotel …big no no!!

Loved this hotel! The rooms are big and spacious, AC was great, loved the view and terrace, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is small enough so getting back to your room is quick and easy. The staff (we got to know 3 different woman at the front desk) was a 10+, really special. They were accommodating over and above my expectations and super friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. I was sad to say goodbye to them. The breakfast was exceptional, omelets made to order and a huge selection of very fresh food. My family and I thought the location was perfect on the promenade and the overall vibe excellent. We had dinner at the hotel at their restaurant and it was fantastic. Aside from the food and the view which were both excellent, the manager (woman with dark hair and glasses, cannot remember her name) was the sweetest most lovely person who took such good care of us and really made the night special for us. There are so many choices of where to stay, we thought this was an excellent value. We had a wonderful 5 night stay!!

Loved the location, we were met with a glass of Prosecco and the staff offered to arrange a taxi when we were leaving. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices, the room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. We had a balcony with table and chairs and a view of the pool and mountains.

Seemed to be slightly noisy at night.

    Staff and location were exceptional

The price was heavy for the room, the bed and pillows very uncomfortable for both myself and partner

    8LindaPosted on: 10-25-2024

Location was good . Bed was comfortable and room was very clean .

Quite noisy from apartment next door and from street outside in mornings No sun on balcony all day

    10SusiePosted on: 10-15-2024

Very friendly and helpful staff Very comfortable ,clean and quiet room overlooking pool and mountains to the side of the hotel . Sea view from the top deck communal jacuzzi and gym areaDelicious buffet breakfast with a choice of omelette cooked to order and delicious juices on offer Fabulous location . Would happily stay here again

    9GordonPosted on: 10-5-2024

The breakfast was good. Omelettes or fired eggs were available in addition to the buffet breakfast, which was replensished frequently. The restaurant was small internally but externally was very pleasant. The room was a good size although long. The sea view was excellent and the balcony was in the shade which was much needed at times with the heat of the sun. The location we found very good as it was at the far end of the bay away from the visiting crowds. Also the two best restaurants in the area were located within a couple of a hundred yeards form the hotel.

The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was the same and we only ate there three times for dinner as we felt we had exhausted the menu. We thought that some daily specials would add to the variety to give extra choice. The top floor with a jacuzzi was, we felt, a little wasted as it could have been used for relaxation, a meeting place or a bar, although this of course could be a draw back if used by non-residents.

    8LauriePosted on: 9-30-2024

We loved the location of the property, the ocean views from our room and the size of the room.

Some of the staff could be a little brusque for our taste. Others, were very nice and helpful.
