Ines and the team were the unexpected high point of our stay. Not only was the hotel as beautiful as in the pictures, but the service was truly exceptional. Only thing I would note is that if you are handicap or disabled this would not be suited for you as getting to the hotel requires walking up stone pathway with uneven ground.

Bed was a bit firm for me.

Very well located, close to the sierra for a drive, and not far from Palma for nightlife. The town itself had a couple of amazing restaurants! Rooms were stunning, ours even had a private rooftop with relaxing chairs and a hot tub!

Parking was a bit far from the property and required some maneuvering, but nothing too bad.

Fantastic staff and breakfast! Bunyola is small and quiet town, but easy to get to other nearby towns like Deià and Valldemossa if you have a car.

Es Corte Vell met and exceeded our expectations. Parking is available, if you are lucky in the road in front of hotel, if not, up a side lane. Ines, who greeted us in reception was amazing, friendly and ideal front of house. She even came down to our car to collect part of our luggage! Hotel is lovely and ideal for visiting local areas, including the village of Bunyola. Lovely jacuzzi on the roof terrace, but unfortunately it wasn't heated and the weather was cold!

We loved the calm and quietness of the place. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a little oasis of luxury in the mountains.

If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. This hotel is on a steep slope - access to the village, restaurants, shops or any transport options is at the bottom of the hill.

Exceptional staff (incredibly friendly and welcoming), fantastic/outstanding breakfast, amazing hotel with many facilities, the village of Bunyola has a laid-back atmosphere and is not swamped with tourists like the rest of the island

We loved the hotel and the staff. The food was also super! Because the hotel is small it was very calm and peaceful. The staff were always so helpful an caring. The view and area was amazing!

Room was big enough and comfy. Plus a jacuzzi in the room was a nice addition. Breakfast was good quality and the staff was friendly helpful, especially the lady in the reception.Pool and beds/umbrellas there was great, considering it was not crowded at the time of my stay.Bunyola is such a nice mountain town and felt good to stay and relax there.There're very nice restaurants nearby, although they're a bit overpriced.

Staff - our host Ines was the nicest person in entire Mallorca during our vacation (but other members of the staff were nice as well).Ambient - peace and quiet.Decoration - interior and exterior of the hotel and the room are really well organised and natural.Unlimited and private use of outside pool and jacuzzi.All of the required information from our side were printed out and left for us to have it for later.Breakfast was amazing, with a lot of domestic products and everything you need.

Quality of the coffe should be a little better (it was not bad, and Jura machine is great, but in Croatia we are used to sligtly better quality of the coffe itself).Mojito cocktail and Aperol spritz should be mixed better (there are plenty of recipes on the internet that I use at home, and these are a lot better than the ones here).

The service was perfect, due to Es Corte Vell having 10 rooms it meant that the pool was usually quiet. Allowing for a great and peaceful time lounging by it.The services from Inés and team was spectacular, always very attentive and super keen to help with booking local restaurants or recommendations for where to go for drinks in the evening.Couldn’t recommend more!
