Location, food, it was beautiful and we were really excited at check in

Our shower wouldn’t drain the first night and maintenance was already gone, so no showers the first day which was hard. Then we had a leak from the ceiling the second day and maintenance was again gone already when it started, so we had to listen to water dripping from the ceiling in our room the entire night and it continued to get worse. The maintenance showed up the next day and said it was the AC and no big deal. I guess it happens a lot. There were also no blackout curtains, so us and our kids woke up super early and got very little sleep. We would not stay here again. The manager gave us a small credit but wasn’t apologetic at all and argued with us about the shower issue and we had to take her to the room and show her before she believed us.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately I was in the garden room. The room was a bit on the smaller side and there was only one chair to sit down. I did like how they provided little delicious snacks at the end of the day Pretend on service that was a nice treat. The shower had excellent water pressure. And a hotel like this I would expect a bidet.

The garden room was on the small side. We had only one chair to sit down, and the other person had to sit on the bed. The hotel room coffee was delicious but the coffee at the restaurants was very weak.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location and views were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The large garden room with terrace was perfect for our stay - I loved the fact we had a mini fridge which was replenished daily with drinks and the afternoon water and local snack hand delivered to the room was a lovely thoughtful touch.Having a basket in the room to use for beach trips was a great touch also and very useful.The swimming pool area was nice and quiet and well maintained. I like that there is a separate adults pool and area (even though I didn’t really get to use that as I have a child myself).

Incredible views, friendly staff, great location

The view was exceptional. The staff were also exceptional, especially Antonia. She provided excellent care the entire time, and continued to give us incredible recommendations for our stay. We couldn't be happier with our time here

Everything! The photos truly didn’t do it justice. The hotel is in the best location in the Port, the service was incredible, and everything was spotless. I loved that the mini bar was free and restocked daily with water, fresh fruit, and beers, such a thoughtful touch. The spa was amazing, and the gym was great for a hotel gym. The wellness area had an indoor pool, beautiful sauna, steam room, water beds, and a cold plunge. We also got massages that were worth every dollar and reasonably priced compared to LA. The beach right in front of the hotel is great for laying out and swimming as well.

The only thing I would change is the bathroom lighting, it wasn’t ideal for getting ready.

Absolutely stunning property in Port de Soller. Old charm with new stylish design. Pool, gym, indoor pool, restaurants, bar, gardens, everything was extremely well kept.

This hotel was amazing! We could have stayed here another week! It’s right across from beach and centrally located, walkable to everything. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly, the food and drinks were outstanding.

Small rooms, uncomfortable beds, the air conditioners don’t work while you sleep, no actual drink service at the pool, extremely family oriented and very loud. Not for an adult stay.

Location was fantastic! View from pool was out of this world and breakfast buffet was great!

Grasping at straws to find something wrong....maybe would have like separate shampoo and conditioner. Very minor.

The property was beautiful with old charm, lush gardens and modern comforts.

I wish the breakfast was a little more affordable or included in the price. With a big family it became quite expensive quickly and not sure if it was worth the price.

The view and location are amazing! The rooms are small, so if you like. Large room get the largest one they have and you will be happy. The food and amenities are awesome. Love this place :)

The gym was really small, but useable, they have everything there. So it’s what you make of it really. I had 3 great workout there, it could have been bigger but was totally adequate. The location, service and flare of the hotel made up for the small gym.

Having a terrace made our stay even more special. The view was incredible! We loved that the mini bar was restocked daily. The restaurant and lobby bar were also great.

We stayed at Hotel Esplendido in July with our 8 year old, and absolutely loved it! The room was large, beds were so comfortable, and THE VIEWS!! The pool and garden area was so beautiful, with views overlooking the entire bay, and plenty of chairs for everyone - this hotel is gorgeous, we wished we had more nights there. It was centrally located to everything in the port, we were able to walk to everything. The tram to Soller was just around the corner.The staff was so friendly and accommodating (we arrived much earlier than expected and they helped guide us to parking, and sent us to the pool to hang out until our room was ready). There is parking at the hotel, but only a few spots - but there is a public paid (not expensive) parking lot right around the corner that had plenty of spots and we were able to leave the car there the entire time we stayed and it was safe.The food is so good, we are still talking about the omelettes we had for breakfast. The breakfast is a little pricey, but so worth it. The quality matches the price.We hope to be back again in the future!

The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. I love this place, tge hotel and the staff. Couldn't have asked for more, a 10 (perfect score) all around.

Best hotel ever! Location Spa Swimmingpool food

Great boutique hotel, fantastic location, lovely staff, overall a great base for some R&R.

Restaurant for dinner wasn’t great (food was mediocre and overpriced), but plenty of options nearby. The grumpy lady at the spa gave us a hard time when our toddler wanted to us the indoor pool in the morning as the outdoor one was too cold and it was empty! Unclear why this was a problem, but she could’ve been more understanding.

I loved the small details - free welcome drinks vouchers, refilling free mini bar every day, the beach bag, the flip flops and dressing gown were a lovely touch. We got moved to a room with a balcony as soon as one became available. Loved the dressing room for extra space to store luggage. I loved this hotel. Fantastic breakfast - both buffet and a la carte.

Nothing bad to say but would try and get a sea view next time, this is the only thing that could have made our stay even better - it was otherwise perfect,
