Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach

Not handicapped friendly. The only rooms with walk in shower are single beds. Of the 6-7 designated handicapped parking spots they made two of them plug in spots for electric cars. When having breakfast a woman holding her dog and dishing up food.

Great breakfast,Hotel employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Accessibility to the Hilton’s pool is awesome.

The people are awesome and the view is perfect. Breakfast was great as well.

They don't tell you about the $50 charge they hold on your card for any damages done to the room and it's going on four days and I still have not received my $50 back on my card and $50 is crucial these days

I was in room 214, the inside rim around the commode was black, had not been cleaned in a long time. I told front desk at check out. They said they would address issue with housekeeping

The best location on the beach. Close walking distance to everything.

Construction at parking entrance made entering/exiting difficult, $16.50/day parking fee not disclosed at booking, room clean but the furnishings were quite worn. We had gulf view but it?s only a 3 story hotel-tiny balcony. Some rude staff.

Parking was not included in the price online ($16 for the night) Toilet seat had muck on it. Mold on walls in the bathroom. Bathtub had hair in it.

Price too high, charge to park, and items for sale way to pricey.

Liked beach access

Yes, many things. First of all there was no hot water. Had to take cold shower. Also the room and hallway smelled of weed. We did not sleep well as dogs barked all night. The ac did not get below 72 and we set it at 68. This was my 21st anniversary.

Location

AC was not working and had to replace the unit. Roof leaked on bed from rain that morning. Staff changed room for us. No hot water for showers from Wednesday through Saturday morning when we checked out. Staff comped us and were very nice.

The location and the fun activities

They did not appear equipped to keep up with the large crowds. There were no extra bath towels.

On the beach and plenty of delicious breakfast. They king bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and it was definitely the best priced hotel on the beach

The decor is somewhat dated and the pool is not as nice as some other places on the beach

We didnt have sheets nor blanket for sofa bed, called 3 times for towels and had to go get them from desk

The location was awesome. We had a room with a balcony facing the beach. It was great.

We were there for three nights, and not once did anyone come clean our room. I thought that was a little weird.

Our toilet didn't always work. We had no water for a whole day and our sink drained really slow

$16.51 to park from 4:30pm on Friday to 11:00am on Saturday in an uncovered basic hotel lot where I paid $--- bucks for one night.Ridiculous.Front desk staff was absolutely awful.Very short, matter of fact, unconcerned.Not a good delivery at all Hiltons!

Clean and the staff are friendly.

The heated pool is not working and you have to pay the parking.

This was the filthiest room I had ever stayed in. Sheets had brown stuff all over it and I asked from them to change it on Saturday morning. It got changed Sunday night and I checked out on Monday.

We were advised at check-in there was no hot water - that was a problem. Front desk staff comped our parking fee - that was good. Unfortunately, we had booked using a third party. However, problem was rectified by the next morning - we had hot water.
